try format it in your Nokia and using it again in your samsung, but many low end SD cards have this problem, even USB's, they get corrupted and it tends to return to write protected mode ...always best to get a good quality SD card

On what rom are you? On custom kernel (ICS) you have to disable fast charge.
Hey guys,
I bought xperia z 6602 and bought a sd card 64 gb. It works fine on the beginning but later the message sd card unexpectedly removed appears and I can't access files on the sd card. I already format the card on fat32 by my pc. then formatted it on the device but the message still appears. I have tried another sd card 8 gb and the same problem any body know what to do to let it work. Thank you

Try rebooting the phone!
my Z has some problems with the SD card, sd card suddenly removed, few secs later scanning sd card for errors. and it goes untill the sdcard gives up
now i inserted the sdcard into my card reader. and it's dead...
after that, inserting it into the Z, and no response.
after 10 min not using the phone the Z says: insert another sd card (just some translation)
and now, my Z laying on my legs, above my wallet, it scans my OV-card , and suddenly my SD card is recognized? wtf?
nfc+sd=dead sd card? because nfc causes the errors?
i don't have a log or anything else. but have someone some idea how this is happen?

I have recently bought a MI3 and in the camera app, I see a message stating insert SD card in slot ... however, I do not find a slot for SD card. Does MI3 have a slot for inserting SD Card? If yes, where can I find it.
Thanks for the help
No, it doesn't. Is your phone genuine?
