Xperia TL Reboots after asking for Root - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

I have an Xperia TL, I used TowelRoot and it seems to have worked. But when I use Root Explorer and put into RW Mode it reboots. It also reboots when I use Titanium Backup to remove a system app, right after its done it reboots. Basically, anytime the system goes into root, it reboots. Any ideas? I cant find anything in the forums for that issue.
Update: Problem Solved, Needed BusyBox, which didn't get installed during the root process for some reason.
But this fix has brought me to another issue. I cant get it to go into recovery. I press power, wait for the Sony logo and press down till the phone vibrates and the led turns blue, but then it immediately boots to the ATT startup screen and skips recovery all together. I remember the same kind of issue with by ATT Ion a few years back, but I don't remember what I did to fix it. Anyone have the answer?

[Q] Xperia TX boot loop after system restart

Hi!
I have been using Xperia TX for a few months, and I have experienced freezing problems for about 4~5 times, this all happens while I was updating apps in the Play store.
The phone gets a bit laggy as soon as it started updating apps, and it freezes soon. I am not sure if it is considered "freeze", since the download/installing progress bar is progressing, however I was not able to give any input at this time, so after one minute, the screen turn off as the screensaver is set to one minute.
I can't do anything else since it is not accepting inputs, so I removed the battery and inserted it back, and power on the phone, then I will get a triangle with a screwdriver icon, just wait for about 15 seconds and it will get pass there and boots normally. Sometimes I don't even have to pull off the battery, the phone restarts automatically.
Above were my past experience, however my TX freezes while updating apps in the Play store again today, and it restarted automatically. It boots past both SONY and Xperia logo, but got stuck in the "flow" animation, and restarted itself, doing this over and over again, it seems that it have got into a boot loop.
Note that I am using stock Android 4.0.4 firmware, I can't remember the exact firmware version now.
Is there any troubleshooting I can do before trying to hard reset the phone?
Also I would like to know if someone have the same experience (system freezing while updating apps, and does not accept any inputs, requires a reboot) with me before?
Thanks!
even if you get out of the bootloop, there no guarantee that the issue of freezing will be gone.
i suggest you repair using pc companion and then upgrade to the latest JB rom.
Else download the latest JB .ftf and flash it using flashtool.
Thanks for your feedback!
Just flashed the phone with Sony Update Service, and it is working fine now.

[Q] Moto X stuck in a boot loop

Hi,
So recently KitKat is released for AT&T Moto X's. Excited, I decided to upgrade the phone to KitKat.
I was previously rooted with RockMyMoto, and before updating to KitKat, I went to unroot the phone through the SuperSU app that was installed.
As I was unsure if it was really unrooted, I opened up Titanium Backup (which required root) and it popped up with an error that Titanium Backup wouldn't work because my device was not rooted.
So with this confirmation (a really noob way to check), I went ahead to download the update through the default system settings app. After the download, I proceeded to install it.
Before installing the update, it said the phone will shut down and proceed with the update, which takes around 20 minutes, and it will be done once it boots up again. And this is where the problem comes. After the phone switched off, the phone just reboots immediately, as if it was just restarting. And after 30 seconds or so, the phone switches off and restarts again. Initially, I thought this was normal, but it kept on restarting and I knew something was up.
I don't know what to do now. I have tried holding down the volume buttons and power button to reboot into recovery, but every time I select the recovery option, the phone just reboots like normal and does not reboot to recovery. I even tried to "race against time" and restore my phone through settings app, but it doesn't allow me to.
What can I do? Please help me
I looked up on the internet, and it seems that I have to remove the OTA cache from the cache folder, but how can I do it? I don;t have root access anymore...
EDIT: FIXED, PLEASE DELETE

How did you fix it?
I am having this very same problem. My phone just today went into boot loop. Running KangKat on unlocked 1053 with Faux kernel. No boot logo or anything. The phone just vibrates then after 30 seconds or so, it vibrates again. It does this non-stop.
I can plug my phone into USB and the phone's contents come up on my computer, but I can't get the screen to turn on!! Any ideas?

Are you able to hold power + volume to get in to your recovery?
Then you can reinstall your nandroid. Or, then you can flash a different rom.

Or he can also boot into bootloader with adb by doing adb reboot bootloader then typing fastboot erase cache

This process seems to work quite well.
I'd recommend to use MFastboot. With your phone off, you can boot into fastboot by holding power and volume down for a few seconds, release and it will boot into fastboot. Connect the usb cable, and first try "fastboot erase cache". If that doesn't work by itself, repeat the process but also use "fastboot erase userdata" (THIS WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA!) but at least there is a chance you might get it to boot normally. It´s like a factory reset, you will have to start from scratch.
I know my answer is out of date but it might be useful for someone coming for this same solution.

[HELP] [URGENT] Xperia Z won't open (restarts contionusly) but...

An hour ago i have changed my customization number in build.prop to get updated and now my phone fails at restarting. after sony logo a blank screen comes up and then phone restarts again. boot animation don't show up.
Actually i didn't rooted phone. Like didn't fully root. An exploit that does it without unlocking bootloader. I was able to run root required apps but when i was trying to mount r/w mode, the phone was restarting itself before i do something. So i copied build.prop to another place, changed it, then in root explorer copied to /system. I managed it to owerwrite before phone restarts. When phone shutted down, didn't open, stucked at that point. Keeped restarting.
I know a lot of questions, topics opened about this but almost every solutions says that "repair over sony pc comp" or "repair over SUS". I tried both but in pc comp, program couldn't find my phone because it's turned off. when i open phone and connect wire it finds the phone but before pc comp finishes connecting phone restarts again. And in the SUS, i managed it to go into flash mode (volume down key and then connect.) It has found the phone (however green light didn't come out, no LED color was there) and SUS said there is no update for my phone, it's up to date. There is no repair button.
Besides there is another solution, flashtool. Will i lose my data if i use flashtool? I'm able to go into fastboot mode (blue light).
What can I do?
Update
Guys i can't belive now... Somehow i installed CWM recovery on my bricked xperia z. Now taking backup but the problem is when i connect to adb when phone is in CWM recovery mode i can't reach internal sd. WHY???

Sony Xperia Z (C6603) stuck in Bootloop, USB connector broken

Hey,
I spent 2 days trying to solve this, searching and reading this forum, using google, but with no success.
Cause:
I installed Kingo Root with Superuser (also installed Xposed) and deleted some obsolete apps from my Sony Xperia Z (C6603) with android 5.1.1 Lollipop, but accidentally removed 'contacts storage', so contacts stopped working. Stock firmware recovery was not helping, so I tried to use BusyBox which I gave root access to try and install root firmware (as far as i understood). It said something like "install successful", but after clicking on reboot, the phone got stuck in a bootloop.
Problem:
Phone is constantly switching on and off. The unfortunate part is that the USB connector to connect it to a PC is literally broken (charging is still possible with the docking/charging station), so I can't use PC/Xperia Companion or any flashtool.
I tried using hardware key combinations like power button + volume buttons to enter recovery mode, it vibrated very lightly one time, then three times, then switched on, but nothing changed - bootloop continued in the same way.
To be exact, the Sony Logo appears for about 5 seconds and then the phone/screen just turns off and starts over again.
After a while the battery was exhausted and it stopped, but docking it for charging made the same loop start again.
There is one post in this forum from 4 years ago with kind of the same problem, but it felt strange to use that post since it was so old and the replies suggested to use a flashtool which clearly is no option.
I am very helpless now and don't know what to do. The only thing I could think of is to somehow abuse/exploit the hardware (inside of the case) but that would be in over my head.
I really hope someone has some kind of answer that can help me get out of the bootloop!
Thanks.

Stuck in 'Phone is starting...' screen

Hi all.
So this is quite strange (i think).
I managed to root my s20 fe 4g using magisk with the help of some people from here and a guide.
I have played around with it, installed some stuff, uninstalled some apps (using titanium backup) and was all well.
When I went to restart the phone to give it a clean break, it now wont load up again. Just gets stuck on the 'Phone is starting...' screen. Now this isn't a huge problem, i thought I couldjust flashthe stock firmware again and root the same way and perhaps it will be well. The problem is it wont boot into download or recoery because it is stuck in a cycle of trying to start itself. I can force it to restart by holding the vol- and power button, but that is the only combination that will make it restart, it instantly restarts before i can change the keys held to try and get it into download mode.
Does anyone know what I can do to try and remedy this so it will start again?
UPDATE:
I think i stupidly must have deleted the one ui launcher by mistake... Now I am trying to get an APK to the phone, but ADBdoesn't recognise it at the 'phone is starting' screen. My phon is at dead stage, so i can get it to boot into download now, but it doesnt seem to want to go into recovery, and i think its stock recovery, so not sure if ADB will work?
Any other suggestions to get the launcher apk pushed and installed?
if you can get download mode flash the rom again, hopefully you still have it from rooting.
don't use titanium backup to uninstall system apps. even using it to freeze apps can be a problem if it's not gonna boot up.
get a copy of a safe debloat list and stick only those listed packages that others have found to safe to deactivate.
