Hi guys
I've an Xperia V / Firmware 9.1.A.1.140 / Stock Jelly Bean 4.1.2
My question is , how to make the 3-buttons navigation bar tranparent (completely or more than 50%) as well as the Status Bar ?
Yes, I searched the forum, but I found some ways as GravityBox or Xblast (Xposed Modules), BUT, when I make the navigation/statusbar transparent I get lags on my device
Also, I've seen some .smali modifications to do it, but I don't even know how to decompile/edit a .smali file, and I'm scared for my ROM, AND, anyway, it's for deoxeded ROMs -> I'm Oxeded
So, how can I get rid of these black "bars" without changing ROM / Upgrading ?
Please, I would be happy if you can help me !

I don't update to 4.3 for this firmware is lower on my V, and I think it's known that 4.3, for sony 2012 devices, is not very adapted regarding the battery consumption as well as the RAM, and indeed , I approve that.
It's too bad that there is very few custom ROMs and MODs for 4.1.2
I have xperia t and my battery preformance are beter with 4.3.
Maybe on the T, but definitively not on the V,
4.1.2 run smoothly, I feel the phone "cooler" than on 4.3, battery last more
Anyway, it's sad but I think I'll keep these ugly bars for the moment
There's no extra battery draining on 4.3. Me also using XPERIA V 4.3 & I am very satisfied.
You should compare with 4.1.2 to be sure...

I'm using it now. Smooth as butter. Nice theming as well . Only missing point is Samsung apps is not included in rom. I was going to type it in the thread but i recognised it was gone

yeh im using it now as daily, almost perfect rom, but damn why it was removed :O
Is the thread been deleted ( if so why ? ) or is it my browser that is acting up ???

Couple of questions so just like ol times ICS repack full wipe then his rom? Also does clock weather worka with this rom? Thanks for the link bro.

Last thing I saw was that there was some discussion on wether or not this rom was (partly) midnite rom, without ginving due credit. It was put to attention of the mods. Apperently there was enough truth in that claim that the thread was deleted.

i flashed repack chainfires, made some reboots to settle ics, then made full wipe and flashed criskelo rom and no problems for me, no fc, no lag, just now i faced up with one problem, wtf criskelo rom thread was deleted -.-

flashing is just like u mentioned. Clock widget doesn't work but the rom is rock solid
criskelo rom = good rom i follow his rom since I900>I9100>note but now he leave.....
i flashed it too, but why am i getting FC when I double click on the screen with the pen
Because SNote Lite is not included in Rom. Double tapping with Spen makes system trying to open an app doesnt exist.

Yeah...iuts not working Yesterday i was trying so hard to install (backup/intsall...restore/install...restore install - like a circle)... i tried all the possibilites.... but nothing...
And about Timeshift and 4K...it doesnt work for me.... i found libs, but nothing... Timeshift mode is starting but when im pressing the button to make the video its showing me error screen... The 4K mode even cant start... in app drawer when im pressing 4K video mode shortcut its showing me error screen...
I tried few times...
I have deodex, superusermod (patched services.jar) root... all the things...
We need to wait for some cool devs

Its from Z2 so maybe its not modded finally for our devices... but i dont think that its a bug or smtg

It's not, you need to change the images sizes and the desc.txt file. I have edited mine and could upload it once home

anny way that the developers can get 4k to work in CM? The phone has the hardware to support it and it runs fine under stock rom. IDK see why it cannot be enabled in CM.

I choose in Setting/Sound/Ringtone....and by File Commander.
It shows "Unknown ringtone" after I choose

Dont use file commander use just sound picker.

Hi Rajeev, after flashing the final version I can't access my developer options.<br/>

But how do I put for more than 4 shortcuts in the notifications menu settings because I use my xperia z with 320dpi and is four shortcuts and a huge space that would be another shortcut to the side, 5 or 6 lined shortcuts...
I'm getting FC's when I use the Ok Google hotword, or search from the Google search bar.
This happens with either Xperia Home or Google Now launcher.
Tried clearing caches, uninstalling updates, force closing and restarting.
Nothing will solve this problem.
Everything is working fine on the ROM, which is annoying as I don't want to re-install the lot.

The Phone app didn't functions normally. (If delete "qemu.hw.mainkeys=1", its Ok)

hey guys, i was wondering what id have to do to flash a rom using anhydroxides flash tool for xperia? would i just flash the rom like you would with a stock rom? my boot loader is unlocked, just i cant root this latest version of 4.4.4 any help will be appreciated guys

Hi
No. You can't flash any custom roms using flash tool. By reading ur comment i can understand that u r on a unlocked bootloader. Then u can easily root it by flashing a custom kernel.

But getting back to the business at hand...You've tagged this LL5.1.1, but have you any idea if it'll likely be just as awesome and flawless in MM6.0.2 or should would you advise that I wait until you might consider updating it?
