ya i have experienced that. I flashed a mod which disabled the reject call with sms option.
Find that mod in Sony cross dev section. mod owner is Rajeev

You mean automatic rejection??
Well...I've seen in some samsung phones, in the call settings, where you can store numbers that the phone will reject. My rom has no such thing and I can't say I've ever seen that in any of the ROM's I've had on this phone. I think I can probably download an ap ..but any that I saw actually answered the call (sent to voicemail??)
You mean blacklist?
Blacklist is available in cm9, and up.
But, I'm not sure gingerbread have it
yea in cm roms its named as blacklist.
if u dont find it jst search in play store, there are a lot of apps to use
i am having problem with the answering machine on eXistenZ v6 black rom.
the caller didn't hear any greeting message while i didn't pickup the phone after 20second.
just now to know is this problem only occur to me or everyone also having the same issue.

Unfortunatey sony still has not fixed the answering machine,we all have this problem . It's upto sony to fix it
this same thing u would have found answered by niaboc if u had bothered to search the thread
yesterday i tried to use the search function on the rom thread but the system is temporary not available to use the search function. so i just ask to confirm not really mean to generate more thread to gain post.

A full year later and there's still no fix for this?

Provider turns on voicemail so answer machine will not work, get voicemail disconnected by provider.
Now I have a new update on Sony my ZX and the answering machine has disappeared completely.
Provider claims it is Sony fault but they will give me voicemail at a fee!

In recent months i see a big problem in my xperia sp and i have no idea why its happening !! i dont had this issue before and i dont know why now its like this !!!
WHEN MY SCREEN IS OFF , THE SOCIAL massaging APP like VIBER LINE WHATSAPP , NOT DELIVERED massages TO ME !! AND As soon as the , I TURN ON THE SCREEN ALL OF MSG RECIEVE ANY ONE SECOND !!!
infact the social app like viber line whatsapp is useless for me now :| because if i want to recieve msg i should keep my screen on in all of day :| :| :| ....
actually i dont know yet that this problem is from my apps (auto closing when screen is off ) or is about my wifi connection ( that its turning off automaticly when screen is off) .... but i can say that this problem is JUST for msg App ... i recieve all instagram or market notification without any problem ! but in msg app , i see this problem 90times in any 100times
do you know how can i fix this ??
1. my stamina mod is off
2. i test factory reset , full wipe and .... but its not fixed !!!
3. one of my friend said to me that its for low memory , he said the ram is near to full and close app automaticly , but its not tru because i install JUST viber , line and whatsapp after a factory reset and its hapened again
4. in wifi>advanced>keep wifi on is checked !!! problem not for this
5. i dont have any autoclosing app like Greenify
so , please give me a solution thanks

See settings > Energy > Stamina
If so you have it then you have to add those apps in the whitelist

Looks like a GCM issue to me. I hope you havent disabled Play services? Try flashing a new firmware and see if gets fixed.

no i do anything to playstore ((((((((((((((((((( ... new frimware ? you mean this problem is for my ROM ?
Reflash Stock ROM and try Whatsapp only (or Line only or Viber only)
Perhaps one of these is causing issues?

I cant post this under the ROM thread cause im new... sorry for that.
Always when im trying to call a number i dont know if my phone is really calling. because when i tap to call a number i dont get visuell feedback. i only can hear the number dialing but cant see it. so i also cant hang up to cancel this
but thats not all. when someone calls me, I just can hear the ring tone, but i dont see anything to accept it. the display just stays as it was before --> after my mailbox got the call, i see a missed call.
someone else have this issue?

On the same ROM after an clean install, but I do not have those issue. I can call and I can receive calls.
Did you dirty flash it?
Which dialer are you using, and is it set as the default in Settings -> Apps -> Default apps?

I did a Full Wipe before.

Thank you very much ... I installed OpenGapps via Aroma installer and uninstalled the stock dialer/replaced it with the google dialer. Ironically it wanst set as dafault app. now it works fine again :good:
