dont know where to start but here goes.....
bricked the hell outta my HTC One ....only have access to fastboot ....no ADB
cannot boot into recovery as the only thing i see is the black screen of death...
fastboot detects the phone but ADB does not..
i have tried everything...
s-off,,,s-on,,tried to flash multiple RUU files...but errors and update failures..
reinstalled drivers,,,and everything ADB related as well..
any insight would be greatly appreciated

You need to be re-locked to RUU
I would first flash the 5.05.651.2 Full Firmware
Then flash the 5.05.651.2 RUU
just flashed the newest RUU and low and behold,,,,new phone......i've been screwing with this thing for 2 weeks....ty for your help

Sounds like you have it pointing to the wrong location on your sd card the back up should be in the sdcard/0/backups/twerp/backupname directory
Well, that's weird. I have the folder /sdcard/twrp/backups/.. But titanium backup reports it cannot find my nandroid backups.... It in the previously mentioned folder though.. Will add screen shots.
I have upgraded my firmware, could that be the reason? I don't remember having the error on the very first backup (just got the phone).

Azad, use this and you really should hide your serial and imei numbers...
Does anyone have the same problem where the home screen and the icon dock will be displayed on the upper half of the screen after waking/unlocking the phone?
It is difficult to find the cause because it only happens about 1 in 50 and every time a reboot will solve the issue. I'm also using the xposed framework with Xposed Additions, Sense 5 toolbox and Xposed StatusBar Mods. I'm wondering which xposed module could be causing this... Never had any issues with those before 4.4.2.

The OS line in red means the phone is waiting for the firmware to be flashed (the firmware is partially installed).
Go ahead and flash the 7.18.709.2 or better the 7.18.709.20 RUU
