Wow, I've been wanting to port this Rom but I've been hesitant. I'll try this after I'm bored with carbon Rom. Any speed increases or decreases compared to spirit or cm? Btw, iyahman built his kernel with linaro 4.9.3. Not 4.7

The ROM is fast and responsive. Slide improvement comparing to spirit (so far). I can't find the vibration intensity control.
Edit: Found this control in sound> LiqiudSmooth sound> Vibration multiplier
lol I coppied that from the I9000 thread, thanks for pointing it out I'll fix it. Speed increases, if there are then I don't notice it iyahman's kernel makes everything go fast.
The multiwindow feature was my main selling point. I mean its perfect I can use 2 windows and switch between them and the keyboard works perfectly on both. Other ROMS you can scroll and navigate both but the keyboard only works on one window at a time and that was the one thing for me that was missing

Thanks for the feedback. Install semaphore manager from the play store. Its the app that controls the kernel in the rom and allows you to make lots of other changes

I flash this rom from 4.2, it work quite good, but I lost Play store app. So, I can not install apk from store.
Please help to get Play store back. I try to re-flashand install full slim app, but nothing change. No Play store app on phone.

Each AOSP ROM requires a Google Apps package flash to recover the Play Store. Please read the original post again, below the download link there is a secondary link for the suggested GApps.

Thanks for your reply, I also install the app in the post, but I do not find out the play store in my phone, and I also get error of " Google Play service missing...". I have flash back to stock, root, and try again, but it is the same. there is no google play store and google play service on my phone.

wait did you go from JB 4.2 to this ROM? If you did then
1. I want to know how you did that because when I try flashing from 4.2 to 4.4.x it fails and I have to go from 4.3.1 to 4.4.x and
2. I think that's the source of your problems

If you install a 4.4 kernel over jb then you can install kk roms directly. The recovery is updated to be able to install kk roms.

I just copy new rom to SD and flash from CWM, it confirms successful. and does not get any error when flashing this rom.
I download again and same problem.
I think the APP package have problem, please let me know which google app will work with this rom (istead of Slim app).
I flash slim rom with slim app, same problem-no play store.
How can other people do not get this problem.
yesterday I try ICS rom 4.2 and it work normally. My phone in Vibrant SGH-T959.

Look for the PA GApps. Those will work.

I tried PA Gapps and play store wouldn't work, used Slim Gapps which is what rodman the guy who compiles the ROM recommended and it works perfectly fine. Well yours might be a unique case so try PA Gapps like nirogu suggested and let us know what happens

6.0 - android_kernel_sony_msm8960
- Copy the ROM and Gapps zips to your device
- Make sure you have TWRP or CWM Selinux compatible recovery
- Wipe everything but your external/internal storage
- Flash the Rom followed by the Gapps and reboot
- All subsequent flashes are easy: just flash the Rom zip and reboot, no wipes or Gapps needed
ART doesn't work.
CPU frequency and governor/scheduler adjustments in Settings/Performance need to be reset after each reboot.
If you lose signal bars after tapping on Settings/Dirty tweaks/Status bar color, pull down Quick Settings, toggle Airplane mode on/off and the bars will be back (the signal is OK all the time, it's just the icon)
Other than that, nothing that I've seen, but feel free to post what you find

I receive an error when I tried to install the rom using PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition saying "The package is for "LT25i, tsubasa" devices; this is a "mint" (Status 7)

i suggest u a clean install, i mean u open package, extract boot.img, u fastboot flash this it via flashtool or cmd then u make full wipes and then u flash entire zip and gapps etc...

are u kidding? just get on apps wich has been ported for cm/aosp/omni etc roms or roms based on it and try! this is not a stock based rom at all, sorry.

Just look in General Android App Development thread, you will find several ported versions of all Sony media apps.
These will most likely work with all AOSP roms, including this one.

I Just flashed this ROM on my XV and I'm completely surprised by tons of customizations available
I can say this is the most customizable ROM I've seen for our XV,
Speed and response is perfect.
No hangs,crashes,or reboots :good:
Everything like music,camera,hotspot and Dirty Tweaks work without any error.
Completely stable and perfect for daily use.

It has walter's kernel. Battery is pretty much just like omni.

"All" is relative to each person. There are some parts that will break with O3 and have to be O2 or Os. Stability over speed. The more that's O3 the more chances that you lose stability. Could there be more added, sure. We'll get there

Disabled and permissive are basically the same. In permissive SeLinux its active and reporting, disabled its not active at all. Right now to the user, its pretty much the same thing

well i saw in Liquidsmooth updates in about phone showing me the 25-02-2015 -LS-LP and LS -KK-Milestone as available updates.
So if u read again the previous post its mentioned > there might be < . not sure if its up and running or not .

another thing @TheBr0ken, may we ask on changing SELinux mode to Permissive?
I tried to install Xposed Lollipop on this rom, but It didnt work, and when I try to change SELinux mode using SELinux Mode Changer on Playstor, it states that SElinux is not exist..

Dunno, last time on your RR (somewhere at the beginning of the month) it worked but was glitching sound, on Ferret's it worked properly (also old build) but on optimized cm it did not work at all (newer build).
After changing mode it finally works. I'll be delighted to check this out when (if) your new build is up

Well I was busy with school for awhile and I've been busy with family and getting my car fixed and stuff but I'm hoping to work on my Blisspop ROM in the morning(about 9 hours from now) and hopefully have an initial test build by Thursday or Friday.
My friend kinda stopped his development on liquid smooth as far as I know but I do intend to start off where he left off as soon as I can. When I get my initial builds of the ROMS I'm gonna need help figuring out how to fix bugs and stuff because I don't have experience in that but I am willing to learn. Any help will be appreciated. Also I was wondering is there a fix for the no focusing on the camera when not on stock ROM? It really kills the pic quality.
I am on d415. I noticed the OP says something about a patch. I use a patch3 zip every time I flash a new nightly. Does this mean I can use it with any of the variants, even the lollipop builds, like this ROM, and it will work?
I asked about the patch in a different post and someone mentioned it was some kind of kernel and doesn't work with cm12. Is there more than one kernel for the d415?

Downloading, looking for lightweight roms, your seems lighter than JustArchi's CM12 so i will report ASAP.

With few apps removed like Kernel Adiutor, OmniSwitch ans Layers Manager it will be the smoothest and lightweight Lollipop rom i've ever tested.

Flashed open gapps. works fine...boffella and agni kernel give boot loop..for root tried a number of rooting apps like king root but no luck..

Root works after flashing supersu v2.49.. ..but still app ops can't change system app permissions..rom s really smooth and battery friendly ..thanks for your work:fingers-crossed:

no need of selling...the dev is working hard to bring u rom, tht too for free..show some gratitude and as far as selling goes try it to see it..
team ub was one of the best 5.1 roms,this will be no exception!

I guess @Silently just wants to know (so I do) which characteristics of this ROM might encourage us to switch to it. Is there any features list?
I'd like to know too. Maybe the dev will update his original post or fill out a reserved post with more information.
Based on a youtube video of the 5.1.1 version -- the only list my quick search turned up -- it has quicksettings enhancements, extra sound control such as volume steps, app bar, heads up, and gestures. I cannot confirm these as I haven't tried this ROM.
I might just give this ROM a whirl.

Well, we can consider this rom like an all in one rom. Now dont have too much features just because is one of the first builds yet.
First honestly is one of the smoothest rom i have tried for xperia sp and now that im trying it on peregrine is more or less the same (i have spent only one day at this moment. Im testing it yet) . And about features, the usuals as gesture anywhere, app circle bar, app bar, wakelock blocker, animations. Also three fingers gesture to make screenshots, toast icon setting, recentssettings such as slim recents, memory bar, app sidebar combinated with slim recents, lock screen settings like weather, shortcuts, dt2s to turn off..... And nova launcher by default.

I struggled to open the play store, forced closure, as happens with systemUi and settings. Everything else works perfect.
I gave this ROM a try and here are my quick & dirty reactions. I say "quick and dirty" because I did not install this ROM properly. I ended up doing a factory reset (via TWRP) to make my phone bootable. You should follow instructions in the OP if you're planning to install this ROM.
I dirty-flashed over my CM13 setup ( 4G / peregrine Moto G) and experienced a boot-loop after the dalvik cache finished rebuilding. Doing a factory reset in TWRP made the phone bootable, but I had no Google apps after booting successfully. THIS PARAGRAPH IS MERELY EXPLANATORY; DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO REPEAT THIS PROCEDURE.
This ROM has a nice collection of added features: volume enhancements, extra UIs such Pie & Slim recents ,stock Nova launcher, and a much-expanded settings app. The settings apps enhancements are nicely done and well-organized. This ROM appears to be a blend of AOSP and CM13 components (not a skilled dev here; please feel free to set the record straight.)
I was hoping to see more in the way of quick-settings options, but so much there is new to Marshmallow I can't nitpick.
I experienced a few FCs but nothing that froze or rebooted my phone. I did not get a chance to try the Play Store. The stock browser would FC and I couldn't get on the wifi internet as I'm in a cafe that uses a portal page. The captive portal app FCed as well. All the above might be related to not have gapps installed. Thought about flashing gapps but decided to roll back to CM13.
Not exactly a fair review, but from what I've seen this ROM deserves consideration. Especially if you like extra UIs like Pie and Gestures.
I will check that FCS and also of there's some problems with gapps. But flashing it at the same time as the ROM should work perfectly.
Btw, some FCS could be because the new permission manager of marshmallow. You can try to add more permissions to each app in settings/apps

I'll reinstall it again to see if it was a bad installation.
I'm getting also fcs with the gapps. Im pretty sure about the issue. Will be fixed asap.

Any solution to the problem of gapps? Try several versions and always the same, give fc.

The problem is that webview is missing. During the compilation it went included. I will released a build with it asap. Try this zip if you want and tell me if its fixed. (The its not mine)
