I spoke with 2 BB reps and the Samsung rep at my store and they all told me off contract (hardware only) or contract didn't matter. Who knows...guess we'll all fine out soon.

Need my PayPal email for payment?[emoji2] [emoji2]
Best buy hates selling phones without contracts so it would not suprise me if this is the road they take. Although I'm sure if you create a ****fest they may bend to move you along.

Are not the XMM 9260 frequencies potentially 'openable' (like what was done to some Note 3 to work with AT&T)?
Sorry the lack of knowledge...

Samsung offering four limited edition Avengers cases for free with Note 4 in the U.S
"To be eligible for the cases, you have to be over 18, living in the U.S. and purchase a Galaxy Note 4 between May 4th and June 1st. You have until July 1st to submit the offer claim on their website, but as supplies are limited (4,300 total), you are probably going to want to submit as soon as possible."
Submit your claim here: https://samsungpromotions.com/avengers

This review from CNET published on Oct 30th contains an Amazon link for the pre-order and a potential US release month of December.
Another interesting piece of information that caught my eye would be the LTE model paragraph where they said that the tablet works with various carriers as a phone while other LTE tablets (iPad mini 4 LTE) would not work with Google Fi. If this is the case, that would be a huge plus for those who can get unlimited data plans or pseudo unlimited plans either for cheap or for free (i.e. the Tmobile promotion of signing up for 3 lines and get the 4th for free that they did a while back).
