S5 Mini purchase, are there different variations?

Hello, currently I have a tmobile galaxy s3 running on simple mobile. It is really on its last leg. I was thinking of going with the galaxy s5 mini. I remember when I was shopping for my s3, there were a bunch of different variations to the s3. I would like the s5 mini to be 4g lte capable, not sure if that is possible.
-Are there different variations of the s5 mini?
-Which one is the best and why?
-Will it be 4g lte capable?
-Does tmobile even sell the s5 mini, im having trouble finding it on there website?

Galaxy S5 mini:
G800F <-- Exynos 3470 SoC + 4G LTE capable
G800H <-- Snapdragon 400 SoC
had the S3 Neo (with a snapdragon 400) before s5 mini, i have to say that the mali400-mp4 gpu is faster than adreno-305 specially in 2D games/apps
best choice is the G800F if you want LTE too

[Q] Does the S3 LTE have the camera problems like original S3

Hi,
I would like to buy a S3 LTE, and I've got 2 questions.
1)As long, as I can remember, the original S3 had a problem with camera in CM ROM's. It stopped working and it showed "camera failed" error and after that, the device has to be rebooted in order to get the camera, working again. Does that happen to S3 LTE also?
2)I'm having now, a S3 Neo. Which phone will be faster in stock KK firmware? S3 LTE or S3 Neo?
