Flash your rom easily with fastboot

So here is the problem, the first time i get this Salsa, it is RUU WWe Asia. after that, i make Goldcard and flash it into O2 Uk version.
After unlock my bootloader, it is still using O2 Uk. Okay, so how to get back to my Asia version ? I have tried using Goldcard, it is said update failed, CID wrong number, etc.
Thanks to my friend puppet13th that is nice enough to give me this way, so i manage succesfully getting back to my Asia WWe even i flash it with a new rom.
1. put the files in ADB folder

2. go to hboot bootloader, make it fastboot usb

adb reboot bootloader
3. run the env.cmd
and do commands.
check the note command.txt

UPDATE ALL STOCK RUU ROM, inside, it has RECOVERY.IMG which is recovery cwm

[Q] S-OFF question

I understand that by S-OFF it would enable me to eventually debrand my phone.
Can i ask, what other steps apart from gaining S-OFF on my phone would I need to do to remove the branding from my HTc one.
I'm new to the rooting scene, So as much help as possible would be greatful.
Also, by debranding would I get OTA updates from HTC and not my current provider, Three.

You put your one in s-off.
After you change the cid with the supercid and now, you can flash an european ruu and you will get OTA from HTC!

no imei?

Hi everybody
well my vivid just lost the imei i was reading alot on the forum but nothing i can meke work , i try RUU stok nothing , PH39IMG on sd and nothing happend , i try this but nothing happend what i do wrong?
"I checked getprop ro.baseband, got N/A as usual, so I did setprop ? and it gave me the syntax,
then I did setprop ro.baseband 3.26.5XXX (<--- mainver: in android-info.txt in RUU.zip) and did a reset and my mobile network is back, and brought my IMEI and baseband with it and everything is cool.
I'll update to ICS, play with the network to see if it has come to stay, do same with Holics ROM and then I'll mark this thread as solved and go to bed"

the tool kit found the imei but the system dont very rare the phone its working as a ipod camera device only lol.

Need Help Getting Back to Stock Rom

Ok Guys im new here in HTC ONE Thread.
Here's the story:
I Bought an HTC one from a friend, and it is in VIPER ROM. unfortunately i really like to go back to stock rom and tried to factory reset it, erase all datas in my HTC one. after that i am stuck with this one:

You will have to unlock your bootloader, flash a custom recovery, run a stock rom supported by rumrunner so you can gain s-off

almost return to stock - RUU needed and some help

Hi, I've got HTC One M7 with faulty camera, microphone, vibrator, wifi/bluetooth which I want to send on warranty fix. I almost return it to stock, but still need right RUU for "ORANGB10" cid. I found some ruu zip file with 1.28.69.8 but it doesent work, flashed it and it stucks on HTC logo. at bootloader I can see that:

After S-ON lock bootloader will be look like untouched, It is possible to send it to HTC on warranty fix like totaly faulty phone or it must be some working firmware ?
Maybe anyone will be got any info about ORANGB10 cid ruu ?

You need to downgrade your hboot first, your current hboot is too high for that ruu, you will need hboot 1.44 and then the ruu should work fine.

I change cid to supercid, next write hboot 1.44, next change back cid to stock one, tried to flash and stuck on htc logo again..
on one of polish forums I read that is NO polish orange RUU... i found just nandroid backup but it stucks on htc logo, how can I back to stock then ?
