If you upgraded to 4.2.2 through OTA then your hboot will be 1.54 and if your hboot is 1.54 then s-off can't be done at the moment.

I have an unofficial CM11 installed on my HTC One(M7UL). But I didn't S-OFF the phone. Its still on S-ON. Cud any1 pls. tell me how to S-OFF the phone coz I want 2 install Android Revolution HD 5.1 which requires an S-OFF

You've to use rumrunners...
But, you must have the stock htc rom installed...

[Q] Can I Flash ROMs from HTC International?

Can I Flash ROMs from HTC international section such as ViperOne 4.2.0?
I have
S-Off by Revone
Hboot-1.55.0000
Radio-1.00.20.0913_3
os-3.04.651.2
Running Currently on ViperOne 3.5 for sprint.
Sim-Unlocked.
What can i do to flash ROMs from International section, is it possible that i can now change my TWRP to 2.6.3.3 and flash ViperOne 4.2 ?

No. Only use ROMs that specifically say they are for Sprint if you have a Sprint phone.

Hi all,
after reinstalling stock ROM and recovery I checked the software version. Is 2.24.401.1 the correct software number (settings>about>software information) for stock US AT&T HTC One on 4.4.2?

No .. Sense 5.5/4.4.2 will be 4.x.x and sense 6/4.4.2 will be 5.x.x.
Also x.x.401.x is international HTC not ATT

Yes . only usable if you are on 1.26.502.15 or soff
