This one I pretty much solely moderator as the admin moderators Techgeeks a little we are currently trying to get this one onto a new server . It has to do with GPT's (Get paid To's) It's basically ways to get free money legally, and quickly.

On the 30th Nov 2012 the Marketplace closed. The buying, selling, trading and / or exchanging of any item is now prohibited on XDA, in any forum or via Private Messages. We now use www.swappa.com
You can add updates to your thread (ie new features for an app., etc), BUT only update if you are posting relevant to the topic and NOT with the sole purpose of getting the thread to the top of the page (known as "bumping") otherwise it will be considered as spam.

I went to the XDA marketplace subforums, but it links you directly to Swappa. But once in swappa there is no forums or place to put a 'want to buy" or "wanted" advert. Any help?
