Hi,
Please I have P7, and I realize that sometime when I call there's a little sound cutting so he does not hear what I say and after a while the sound return back!!!
so I heard that it's a general problem in P6 / P7 and Mate 7, so is it a hardware or software pbs.
Thanks
When exactly do you have the problem ?

this may be a dumb guess, but, make sure you don't have an active Bluetooth headset/speakerphone connection. your in-call audio may be getting redirected to the headset wipeout you realizing it
i found it happens alot with the galaxy series. Looked it up and just like theirs it was fixed with a batpull =] thanks for the help and concern guys
Earbuds i got with my P880 died a week ago. Since then I tried few(working) headphones and they are all unusable with my phone, the sound quality is so terrible, most of the time you can't even understand the lyrics. When I connect the phone to pc speakers everything is fine and sound quality is great. What is the problem here?

Ok. if it was software problem u need to change the ROM.
IF not then u need to hardware solution that can not be found here.
see your warrenty supplier or try to fix it by urself. i have ever seen someone have bugs lead to that problem
Hi. Im really thinking about getting a z1. A thing wich is very important for me is quality in the sound via bluetooth. Use jaybird bluebuds x alot when im working out, so its important to have really good range, high enough volume and good sound. Have the boeffla kernel with excellent quality on s3.
So any thoughts about this?

I use Beats Wireless. I used to have s3...after I moved to Z1 I did not see any difference. But you know they say that Z1 doesn't have as good sound as s1 which was the best on galaxy family. For me the sound quality is OK, but not great.
Go to some mobile phones shop or carrier shop and just try if it is good enough for you...

I'm using the backbeat go 2 sound quality and volume are excellent for music and videos but somehow for gaming their is some microsecond delay....
But that's a android problem, BTW Bluetooth audio quality is better than my note 2...

Congrats! Hope you have an enjoyable experience
I myself have a Parrot Zik.
Never had a better mix of bluetooth devices.
OK my wife's One has been having mic issues. People couldn't hear her unless she was on speaker phone. I ordered a new mic/ charge port off eBay. Then after seeing a particular YouTube video I put a piece of scotch tape over secondary mic up by the camera and it made other mic start working in calls again. Question is will replacing mic assembly fix anything?

I got the same problem...the internal ear speaker is dying...needs to be replaced
Ye, but that's the problem. I don't have warranty
Common issue, reboot and see if that works. however it is really annoying
So they can still fix it in 5.1, right? Or it is just an hardware issue in Z like Paduretu Ionut said?
Had the problem in KK too...so i'm guessing it's hardware...
crap ;/ well so far it works well with soundabout... we will see...
