Hey
I have both a mono bt headset and a stereo a2dp one with built in mic. I'd like to record audio using either one. I currently use tapeatalk but it is only picking up the phone mic. I tried using an app called bt Mono but had no luck with it, any suggestions?

I am also interested in this as I want to use a headset for note-to-self tasks.
Is there a possibility to use the headset micro as audio source?
Thanks!
Hi Guys,
I am trying to get my bluetooth headset to audio out when I watch videos downloaded from PPTV. Normal telephone calls are ok. Can I missing something or its the capability of my bluetooth earpiece?
Check your earpiece's settings in bluetooth settings on the note. It will display the bluetooth profiles available, if A2DP is listed you can enable it there.
If A2DP is not listed, your earpiece may not support it.
Thanks. Didn't manage to see that. Guess my earpiece didn't support that. I thought it's my phone's problem

Is there a fix for the broken bluetooth audio?
By Broken I mean:
- Constant static
- Popping
- Micro stutters ever few seconds.
It's so bad that it is unusable at the moment.
I have tried the stock walkman ap, poweramp and played with all of the settings in power amp and the system, including cache, nothing helps.
If I use the phone speaker the audio is ok, so it's not the music files or sdcard causing the issue. I've also tried other devices (Note 2,s3, s4) through the same bluetooth headset and fm transmitter and they work fine.
My Bluetooth audio is OK, however I don't get any track information sent through to my car stereo whereas I did with my galaxy s2.
Hopefully a firmware update will address this in future

Hi all,
I was wondering if somebody could help me with my 3T.
I've noticed that when I use my bluetooth headset or when connected to the car, no sound is there when trying to make calls or receive calls. The call appears but when i answer no sound.
However, media audio works perfectly fine. Phone audio and media audio are both selected in the paired bluetooth settings.
I thought there must be something wrong with the rom I was using which was omni. I have reflashed OOS 5.0.1 but I have the same problem.
I started using Android auto in the car hoping call sound would come through as it is connected by usb. The same issue occurs. Media audio is fine. No call sound.
I have tried unpairing and pairing bluetooth devices to see if this works. Also uninstalled android auto and reinstalled.
I have tried a Galaxy S9 with android auto and the Bluetooth devices to see if the problem occurred on the S9 but everything worked perfectly.
Anyone come across this before?
Solution?

have you solved your problem? you have found a solution
Having the Same problem with my one since 5.0.8 try everything i.e changing rom going back to stock even older version of android but no luck.
I had no mic during the call with wireless bullets. I think it was solved it by changing bluetooth settings in degveloper options.
bluetooth audio mode to mono, codec - SBC and other bitrates and enabled absolute volume .
Or you just have low volume in the call, which can be increased only during the call
Hey there,
i´m wondering if anyone ever tried this feature.
I just got my free home mini today and i´d like to connect it to my hifi amplifier.
Unfortunately the home mini doesn´t have a line out but i have a bluetooth 5.0 audio transreceiver with aac and aptx-HD support and i just tried to connect it to my home mini.
I started hearing audio from my giant speakers but the audio is stuttering heavily and the sound quality is poor.
If i connect the transreceiver directly to my phone everything is fine.
I´m using wifi 5ghz so it doesn´t disturb the 2,4ghz bluetooth band.
Is this a known issue or should i contact google?
Thanks
