Hi all,
I have a problem with my phone. Two days ago my phone died with no any reason. I was thinking that is the battery problem so I buy new one and change it but still nothing happened. I pluged my phone to my computer but still nothing happened. By mistake i plug off my battery from matherboard and then connect my xperia to pc and it started in fastboot mod.
What You thinking about this, and how can I repair my phone?

The next morning it wouldnt start
Now it still wont start or boot or even connect to my pc or something so i bought a new battery in case of problem with the battery but no results.
Does somebody know a solution or maybe a program to boot it by pc
I thinks its the software because my led will blink red a few times
My battery is fully charched

You had entered to wrong forum my friend. This is X1 forum, not X10.
I recently bought a used xperia z and have some strange problems with it.
I cant get it to connect to my computers. Ive got 2 that dont detect it but have no issues connecting my old xperia ray, so drivers are installed.
I cant charge the phone unless it drains completely. If i try to charge it while its on it will recognize the charge for an instant then not charge. If its off then itll show the battery icon and all looks normal, but will actually discharge, then charge.
Flashtool wont recognize it at all. No matter what i try, cant get it to connect.
Ive seatched and cant find any help. Im hoping ive missed something.

Bro !! Many of us has this problem. I'm among them. First battery doesnot charge ( charges for 1 second and then shows not charging ) . After some time when battery drains completely it will not boot and not charges. At last u need to connect to charger to boot ur mobile. As soon as you'll remove charger ur device shut's down. It's neither battery problem , nor software and nor hardware problem. It's a charging bug .

I'm with semi bricked device (charging bug) for more than 2 months and there is no effective solution yet .

I ordered a new battery anyway, it was cheap enough so why not... Anyway when it comes in ill try it out and report back. The problem has to lie somehwere, either mainboard or battery.

Bro keep updating..I've tried with 2 new battery previously and it didn't solve my problem. Hope ur problem get solved.

If your phone is not getting recognised in your pc... Try changing usb connectivity to MSC or MTP mode... I think maybe MSC mode will get connected to your pc thats ur sd Card only.. Try it and leme know
Your phone, like mine has a defective usb port. At least that is my guess from these symptoms.
replacing the port is difficult and expensive because it is soldered to the main board.
I got myself a dock for charging and make my connections to my computer via WIFI.

I got a really bad problem with my battery. It discharges whilst it's connected to the charger during minimal use (just whatsapp). Either that or when I don't use it, it always dangles around a certain percentage and doesn't really charge. I have another problem, the phone will constantly say that the charger connected or disconnected. I assume there is something wrong with the charging cable or the usb port. But the thing is, I have the problem aswell when I tried to charge it with the charging dock, so it couldn't be the usb port right? So the problem had to be with the battery, right? I had these problems before so one week ago I brought it to my provider store who sent it to Sony, it came back today and when I got home and tried to charge it, I had these problems again. The funny thing is, when I got my phone back the store showed me the repair paper that Sony sent along, on the paper stood: "GPS was fixed''. Although nothing was ever wrong with my GPS. But it didn't say anything about the battery. So did Sony make a mistake here? Or is the phone just busted or what? I'm quite desperate. The problems only started recently, about 4 to 6 weeks ago. Do any of you guys know what it could be? I don't wanna lose my phone for another time and be stuck with my iPhone replacement which I got lying around at home. I hate iPhone :laugh:

Hi friend after a hours my phone xperia z c 6603 work normaly charge normaly iam at a stock rom i updated it only via ota i have android 5.1.1..now when i put the cable charge in my phone to charge my experia i cant see the led on its off when i restared the phone its work again and the phone charge normaly when i put out the cable of charge and try to put it in ly phone the phone wont charge and the led is off...noticed that the phone not dammaged or any thing i dont flash anything to my phone i have just whatssap in my phone and vedio and photo no app more so what is the probleme help meeee

I vave the same problem, when I put off my phone and charge it when to phone is off it charge but the percentage change every second from up to down and down to up. I made some photos when the phone is on and not charging the percentage go up and down and down and up. Really strange. I just updated from 5.0 to 5.1 orignal stock firmware. Doed someone knows a solution. Also my phone shut down sometime like its low battery but the battery is still 40%

For your information, my xperia died, he doesn't boot anymore, if I plug in the powercable he don't charge, he boot but falls out directly after, so he is stuch booting. downgraded it to kitkat but still does the same problem (If I connect with USB I can still flash a rom with sony flashtool)
I think the battery is dead, I'm going to try to change the battery, ordered it online but must wait 3 weeks to receive it.
If anyone has a solution or don't think it's the battery please tell me, I want to fix this problem.
Hi, last year i got an Xperia Z with a broken screen (not the whole screen, only the tactile part of it)and i wanted to repare it to make it my maine phone.
Last time i checked, before replacing the screen, it turn on succesfully and i could see the device with Sony Pc companion.
Now that i finally got the time and the spare part, i decided to change the whole screen and put the device back together.
When i was finished, i plugged the device on the wall and nothing happend, i guess it was because the batterie was flat but letting the phone to charge a whole 48 hours and still nothing...
Maybe it was the usb port on the phone so i got myself a Dock to charge the phone but still the same problem, then i thought it might be the battery so i got a new one and the clossest that i get to a sign of life by the device was a red LED light, for about 15 seconde then nothing, just the usual 3 red LED blinks to tell me the battery is flat (but it wont charge) and it won't get recognized by Pc companion anymore neither...
Do you have any advices or clues about what went wrong and if i could fix anything ?
