Hi,
I am looking for any app using which I can trigger disconnect from android watch.
I tried Trigger app but its not working for android wear, its able to trigger bluetooth headsets etc but not watch.
I dont wantcto toggle bluetooth as I want to keep my bluetooth headset to be connected, but android wear should get disconnected at particular time or on single click
You can do it in Tasker.
I am able to disconnect bluetooth, not only android watch.

I generally don't need my gear to be a Bluetooth headset . Is there any way to keep the Bluetooth connection open without it acting as though it is a Bluetooth headset? I've tried disabling phone audio in Bluetooth settings but that just closed the connection. Has anyone dealt with this?

the first time you synced your GG to your Note, did you do it using the cradle and follow the instructions ?
or you paired via settings ( from you Note ) and scanning for new devices?, <---- this way always makes my galaxy s4 think my GG is a bt headset
Hello.
Is there a possibility to alter pebble settings from the phone (Android) ?
In fact I like to switch bluetooth off on the Pebble when I'm in my car because it keeps disconnecting my audio.
Of course I know I have to switch bluetooth back on manually to establish a new connection with my phone
Maybe with tasker or some other software ?
Greetings.
Hello,
I just purchased and installed a Pioneer AVH-4100NEX. So far it's pretty slick. I'll be using it with my Galaxy S6.
I noticed that when I try to disable the Call Audio Bluetooth profile from the phone side, it re-enables itself... like I HAVE to use the NEX for call audio.
I would like to be able to turn on my BT headset and use that instead, without much hassle. There are definitely times where I'll be in the car with other people and don't want the whole car to hear the conversation. It also presents a call quality issue with the far end being able to hear the system speakers.
Do I have to unplug USB from the NEX to make this work?

I have same unit, try having headset connected before plugging in your phone. That may work

I'm bumping this up. With my previous phone (LG V10) I could select which device use to make phone calls, Android Auto device or a bluetooth headset (Plantronics). Now with a Oneplus 3T that is not possible anymore.
AA automatically rerouting "BT phone" to main AA device. That is really annoying.
If someone knows a workaround to this please give advice, thanks...
You have to have it enabled, in a nutshell the unit (Pioneer) declares that it has bluetooth capabilities and declares the bluetooth mac address when it initialize the connection, than Android Auto (trough Google Play Services which is a system app) will enable the bluetooth, set up a pairing if it doesn't exist and connect to it, so no matter what you do it will always connect to it, the only way to "avoid" this is:
a) Get another phone which connects to the Pioneer bluetooth, then connect the phone (haven't tried this, but probably will do the trick)
b) Alter the pioneer unit so it doesn't send the bluetooth mac and it doesn't declare the bluetooth service (almost impossible, you will need to replace the app on the unit)
My phone says bluetooth connected to the watch, and incoming calls to my phone also rings on the watch, and I can answer etc.
However, there is no bluetooth icon on the watch indicating my watch is connected, and when I go into connectivity, and bluetooth, it says it is disconnected from my phone...but isn't.
If I switch off bluetooth on my watch, it's off, switch on, calls come through from my phone again as before, but again, no icon, and it says not connected to my phone, but actually is again!!
It's obviously a bug, but I've only noticed this recently, the bluetooth icon used to show etc and confirm bluetooth connectivity with my phone...
I have the same problem.. easiest temporary solution.. force close the wear app on the smartphone. After that, the watch reconnects.
Hi Everyone!
I'm really new to Tasker and struggling to figure out how to solve the below issue. I can answer the calls using my HONOR smartwatch as well (not an Android WEAR device!), but once my phone is connected to the car's bluetooth system, I do want to use the CAR for answering the calls. This time unfortunately the watch takes over the call immediatelly and I have no opten to use the car's system - which is unacceptable. Is there a way to turn OFF - only the call-answering ability - of the watch' bluetooth connection when my phone is connected to the car, then turn it back ON once I'm out of my car (not being connected to its bluetooth system any more)?
I' d really appreciaty any guidance for this issue!
Thx in advance!
