HELP!! LG Urbane Stuck on The LG screen - LG Watch Urbane

All,
For some reason i've decided trying to force the latest OTA but ended turning my watch as a paper please help.
I am able to get to the bootloader and install TWRP but not sure what files i need to bring the watch back to live.
I am sure many will have some grieve for my stupidity but i am stuck.

I was able to reach the bootloader & TWRP, when trying the flash a OTA i get the following error:
This device has lge/omni_bass/bass: 5.0.2/LRXS22g/3 : eng/test-keys.

Unable to Reflash via LG Flash Tool

Hey all, thanks for reading. I've caught myself in a predicament. I can solve most issues that crop up my way, but right now I'm a bit stuck. It is likely fairly simple and I am just dumb...
The huge issue here is that I am running stock lollipop for the D415 model. I am having the typical base-band and WiFi issue that a lot were having. Like most, I just booted up into TWRP and restored a backup. I Wanted to try again so I flashed the stock ROM and tried again; didn't work...oopss..
LG Flash Tool refuses to locate my device. Download mode fails to connect my device properly. Error is:
EP1/out FAIL nfo=40 pg0=ffbd880
usb_read() transaction failed
So now I am stuck with a broken stock ROM, no TWRP, and no current way to re-flash a stock ROM.
Steps taken so far:
1. Reinstall all drivers
2. Attempt to root and install TWRP to access my backups (No access to Download mode)
3. Started all over with original USB.
What can I do? Thank you again for reading my long post.
Came back to it after a few weeks and issue has been resolved. Despite error warnings fastboot operated correctly, only manually. Any script etc. that booted device into fastboot would never find the device. Simple as flashing recovery and restoring a backup.
tl;dr: I'm not very bright.

EDIT: Forgot to include that I see the proper devices in device manager.
EDIT 2: Device is properly configured and can be found in ADB when powered on.

where u able to fix it? i currently have no recovery or OS it just stays at the LG screen i can only get into Download mode i tried to flash a kdz but it cant read my phone....it turns on but thats it i cant got past the LG screen and when i connect my phone now i get different device drivers than before like LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port and USB Modem....idk what to do

I appear to be stuck, help me return to stock, please!

Hello XDA,
(TLDR - I've mucked things up and would like some help returning to stock, please! I can't enter download mode and am unsure how to work around this. I have access to TWRP and the phone shows up under adb devices. Phone does not show up under fastboot devices.)
Long version:
So I'm new to all of this and was trying to flash Cyanogenmod to my g2. I was following the instructions found on the cyanogen wiki (can't post links). I got to the bit where I was trying to sideload/push and install cyanogen when TWRP started to give me errors (error executing updater binary in zip cm 11, or something like that).
I did a bunch of googling, and after about an hour of not being able to find a solution, I decided to just return to stock for now. That proved problematic as well, unfortunately. I was following a guide found on droidviews (how to return lg g2 to stock firmware. can't post the link.) using the kdz method. I reached step 17 before I encountered a problem. When I enter download mode, I end up stuck on an updating firmware screen. I am unable to get past this and actually enter download mode. I'm unsure how to proceed at this point.
I have access to TWRP. The phone shows up under adb devices. The phone does NOT show up under fastboot devices. I can boot into download mode but not actually get past that updating firmware screen. I'm hoping there is an easy fix and I'm just being a bit of a derp, but I've been looking around for a while and am not sure how to proceed. Please advise!
Finally got everything to work by flashing a lollipop based rom. Just that i lost my contacts and sms.

LG G4 H81120i Bootloops (Stuck at white T-Mobile Screen)

Hello.
Last night I decided I wanted to root my LG G4 running marshmallow (so we're talking about H81120i). I was able to unlock my bootloader, restart the phone and use it, etc. I was able to boot into TWRP (but not anymore for some reason) and restart the phone and use it as well, however, when I installed SuperSu using TWRP and cleared my cache my phone gets stuck at the second white t mobile screen.
I am able to get into download mode, factory reset mode, etc, just not access android. When I plug my phone into my the drivers suggest that it is a COM6 port. The LG support software recognizes my phone while in download mode though. What are my options here? Will it be safe to flash H81110n using the lg flash tool 2014 version or will that break the phone more? I thought I'd ask here first because I've always found any and all information I need for this sort of thing here.
If you need any more information to safely answer this question I will provide anything you need.
Thanks.

Make sure you carefully follow the guide.
Did you perhaps only boot into twrp but not install it?
I would try to flash the kdz again through either LGBridge or LGUp again as you still have download mode.

Not needed, lg g4 brought back from the dead

I found a similar thread: Stuck on LG Bootscreen only download mode, LGUP didn't work that DIDN'T have an answer, in case anybody asks.
Basically, no fastboot, no recovery, download mode but LG Flash Tool 2014 AND LGUP don't seem to recognize it.
I was originally on the latest T-Mobile Firmware, then I unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP, and installed the H-ROM.
I don't remember what exactly happened, but a bunch of factory resets and a few reboots into and out of TWRP later, I'm assuming I've bootlooped. Neither LGUP nor LG Bridge will work, but I can still boot into download mode. Is the only solution really the freezer/hair dryer method, or is it possible to use software to fix it?
Please delete, this thread is no longer needed as the phone is currently fixed.

P9 soft brick, tried quite everything

Hi
So I've been trying to set my P9 Plus back to stock, unless I experienced an unknown error during the flash and I got stuck outside the OS, with the black screen warning me that " the phone is unlocked and it can't be trusted". I tested some other firmware but no luck, also for some reason now I can't even access the TWRP. I'm stuck even outer at the moment, I can access only the white bootloader. I since tried to flash TWRP again, following this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/huawei-p9-brick-easiest-to-unbrick-t3662348 for the update extractor, but from adb/fastboot I get the FAILED (remote: Command not allowed) error. Looked for most of the solutionfor this step but none of them worked.
I gave a chance to the HWOTA7 tool, to HiSuite, to automatic update too, no progress at all
What could be the next move?
Thanks a lot for the support
Same
Exactly same issue here. Phone boots (when it wants to) but unresponsive (apps won´t open).
Somehow either partition became read only or partition completely gone.
