Rogers Captivate- Music Player issue since Froyo update

Hey folks;
Since updating to Froyo last week, playlists that I have loaded to external sd using windows media player have shown the following issue. Songs in the playlist play fine, but after the file plays, it starts at the first track in the playlist and repeats this first track over and over. If I try to skip to the next track, it plays track one over and over. Repeat is not on. I'm aware there are other media/music players out there, but I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this. It's a bit of a pain in the ass.

music hiccups or stops for .5 seconds
I'm getting a different problem with the music player after I upgraded to the official Rogers Froyo release.
Randomly throughout any MP3 that I play, the music will stop for half a second and then will start again. It happens on ANY app that plays MP3s including Winamp and other music players. Streaming music works fine though.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Unable to throw movies to my tv

Hi, has anyone got any ideas on what is going on here?
I have video clips on my C6603 which I shot on the phone and can throw onto my TV screen. I thought it might be fun to download a movie from "Videos Unlimited" but it does not work. The movie downloads fine and plays using the movie app on the phone. However, as soon as I connect the phone to the TV using the 'throw' function, the movie stops playing and I get a "cannot play movie" error message on the phone. If I turn off the 'throw' function, the movie starts playing on the phone again. I checked and the movies are saving to the internal memory not the mounted SD card which I know has been an issue for some.
I am pretty sure this is supposed to work and movies downloaded onto the phone should "throw" onto my TV but cannot work out why I am unable to do this.
Anybody experience the same issue (or not?) or know how to fix this?
Thanks
L

All of the posts I could find seemed to relate to problems with media stored on external SD cards. If there is a thread that addresses my specific issue then I would be grateful if you could point me to it.
Thanks.

This might be due to fkn DRM protection issues. What TV do you use ? Does it support everything it should in this matter ? If yes, I think you should try contacting Sony about this issue, especially if it's Bravia TV.
"Uhhh try throwing your Z towards it maybe it works "
Yeah, "throwing movies to my tv" sounds a bit funny, Sony should have seen jokes about it coming
Actually, I have tried direct with a Bravia TV and also via an Xbox 360. In both cases, movies shot on the phone work but movies downloaded fail. What I don't understand is why, when the phone is in 'throw' mode the native movie player app on the phone fails.

[Q] Playlist Sync'ing issues on SD Card with GDR2

Hi All
Back in July, I used to own an Ativ S, before I spotted the HTC One, after jumping ship to the One for 2 months, due to missing calls because of low ringer volume on the S and drawn by the Boomsound speakers, screen and lovely camera, I finally came back to WP8 as Android was just too messy for me and it never changes. Anyway, back in July.. my old Ativ S sync'd music and playlists great with WMP12 (Win7x64), no issues. I have about 15GB of music I like to carry round, so no good on internal storage.
However, now after returning to an unlocked UK Ativ S, v.8.0.10327.77, on the SD Card.. my music duplicates tracks (2 of everything) and the playlists are there, but with 0 songs in them, yet it all sync's perfectly when sync'd with the internal 16GB phone storage.. Im suing a 32GB Class 6 Samsung SD Card.
When I tried to sync using the WP desktop program, some tracks copied but most reported errors.
Anyone else seeing this or any suggestions
Thanks

can't play media from internal storage

I recently unencrypted and flashed PA on my Mi5, everything is fine except no music player can play any media from internal storage.
They show that they are being played, but actually there is no sound through earphone.
I tried restarting,changing ROM but doesn't work.
Edit: YouTube, games and everything else is ok.

Downloaded Video Keeps Stopping

Dear all,
Does anyone have any problems with local videos keep being stopped. It does not pause or whatever and the phone is not frozen. I would have to switch app and back again for the video to start working again. It is not on streaming. Video is downloaded.
Initially i thought there was a problem with my MX player pro and so i tried Samsung default video player as well and it still keeps doing that. My s10 is updated to the latest version and is not rooted.
Any advice would be welcoming please. I even did a factory reset and still the same problem persists.
Videos on the sd card or no?
Nope. Video is on internal drive not sd card. And also all optimizations are off for Samsung Video Player and MX pro
