http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3121417 this is a link to full stock ROM. I wouldn't recomend CM, they are very buggy. Disable MTP is the right one. When you conect your phone with your computer, click "disable MTP" and then "enable MTP". Your phone should show on your computer as removable storage or HTC One, or something, I don't remember. When it shows, just transfer your ROM.zip to your phone and flash

Here's a list of commands. I imagine you could push a rom over or try installing a rom via a USB drive. I pretty sure you're far from bricked. Make sure you flash the RIGHT one too. Don't go flashing versions that are not made for your phone

i would use the all in one toolkit.
first: erase cache
second: flash recovery
third: adb sideload
you need to be in bootloader and it should say fastboot usb at the top if it doesnt then press power button once.
if you are having trouble with adb you might have to reinstall the drivers. that can be done with the toolkit also

Ok guys,
Im not even new to flashing phones but no idea what the heck happened....
To cut a long story short I tried Renovate which was great but i couldn't change my keyboard so I figured I maybe selected something wrong in aroma. I reinstalled it over my current set up and chose a different set up and flashed. Done. Great. When i tried to reboot it would just boot loop into the recovery.
Now i searched and saw similar issues which were fixed by relocking, and then unlocking the BL which I did but now its even worse. I can't even get into the bootloader. I can leave the device and it bootloops into the recovery but it fails to mount anything so i cannot flash anything at all....
Anybody please can guide me in the right direction?
THanks
Did you back up before flashing the rom again? Do you have that backup on your sd card?

I cannot mount anything.

I can get into recovery fine again since I found the light trick which does indeed work. Unfortunately as mentioned it wouldn't mount anything like my sdcard etc. I have just tried to format it which worked so I am trying again to sideload to see if that works
as i stand now, the phone is clean with nothing. I can get into fastboot and recovery. CWM installed.Any other ideas please?
cant believe this happened literally from nothing....

do you have the non branded One right?

I think the reason it is not reading your sd is because when you flashed 4.2.2 it moved the data to some other directory.

Have you tried flashing cwm?? I have never tried TWRP, but have always been using CWM Recovery. You could try that and see if your able to adb push update.zip to sdcard or use sideload.
Use the HTCOne all in one tool to flash CWM and then under mounts and storage you can mount the phone as usb for PC, copy a new Rom accross and flash it
Sent from my HTC One using XDA Premium HD app
I think i had this problem earlier, i only made progress once i'd formatted the storage, then used CWM sideload
If you know you have some Rom on your phone downloaded look for that and install it through your recovery. If not you can format everything and see if you can sideload after that. I had this problem the other day and an old trickdroid Rom I found on my phone after digging through files saved my as$!

let me know what other information you need in order to figure out whats going on.

I had an older version but used my computer to flash 2.6.0.0, which didnt do anything. i then flashed CWM 6.0.3.3 (touch) using my computer merely out of frustration last night. Here is the process I used for flashing both imgs in case you were curious: shift + right click in the folder with CWM img, fastboot flash recovery "name_of_the_recovery.img," fastboot erase cache.
Once again, this didnt do a thing, I just keep getting the same error when i touch "choose zip from sdcard" ---> E: Can't mount /sdcard/

The newest CWM is 6.0.4.9. My suggestion would be to delete LGFreedom folder off your SD Card and re-run the FreedomFlex app again as it will then download the latest CWM and you can just flash the recovery again. I had the same issue with 6.0.4.8
Problem is I can't get anything accept CWM, and I can't mount internal card, LG driver is already installed, and I tried to reinstall it, but he is still not seeing it. Any idea how to access it? If I have to have old Sprint ROM to install FreedomFlex again, I need somehow to transfer it to the internal memory and start the installation from there.

I don't quite get what the problem is.... Are you stuck in CWM or can you boot into the rom?
If you're stuck in CWM and don't have a backup or any other rom to flash (why?), you can always sideload a rom using adb (if you are stuck in a CWM bootloop look here for help http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2744482)
If you can boot back into the rom, follow my previous reply....
The only other option is to flash back to stock by following the tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2644083

Can't boot back to the ROM, I have stock ROM downloaded on hard drive, but I thought if I make a mistake, I would easily copy it to internal memory, and install it from there. Problem is that I cant, adb devices is showing nothing, so I can't use shell to copy ROM.

Well it looks like the only option is to go back to stock from the link I posted and start again, but make sure you've got everything on your phone you need before trying anything... Also trust me CM11 isn't worth bothering with just yet as there is a lot of issues with it, but I'm sure it will get there as PlayfulGod is working on it

Tnx for help, but I spent 4 hours trying to solve why I can't reach internal memory. At the end, LG drivers weren't working, so I pushed manually to set it as ADB port , and finally found the phone through adb devices command. After that, returning stock was easy. Now, I'm on CM11, thanx on those links, combining with one more thread and the problem is solved.
