[Stock Rom] LG-L70 Stock Firmware and Flashing tool (Cricket D321) - LG Optimus L90

Video is still uploading at time of post give it some time to process if you watch on youtube the link is also in the description, no surveys, no passwords, just the zip package containing everything you need to make the firmware work
I have Been Searching Everywhere to Get the Stock Firmware For this Phone and I finally got it after a long wait. So I uploaded it to google drive
I have found lots of posts and people asking about this and my l70 actually had an issue where the system ui just quit working on a stock never rooted rom,
My First Step was contacting LG and i got a response from technical support saying that they do not develop the roms and yada yada, I sent the phone back to them and they also claimed that it was water damaged when it was not and even removed the sticker indicators so i wasnt able to see if it was truely water damaged, Although im 90 percent sure that it never got wet but there is also that small chance it did, so i went on a 3 week search trying to get this firmware and found incorrect, missing pieces and stuff and couldnt get a working solution, I came across this chinese site selling the firmware and bought the firmware and tested it and flashed the rom via download mode and the included lg flash tool.
Long story short I had to pay some chinese Site to get the firmware but I can Confirm it Flashes and Works and now im giving it away so everyone who needs to reflash stock can do it with out having to pay for the firmware,
In the File is a pdf file with the Intructions (not written by me)on how to Reflash and get everything working, in the meantime over the next few days i will try to get a video of how to use the tool and a video of it reflashing the d321, but i can assure you it works
Note: I Do not Take any credit for the included tuitorial all i did was bought a file and this is what was provided to me.
Merry Christmas From stick141
I cant Post Links and its Hard to Do anything around here when you cant post links but if your creative enough you can figure this out

Anyone who downloads this should upload it to a mirror and post it,
Now for the 20 dollar question should i do a chargeback with paypal? or would that just be plain ol messed up?

Like the only place i can find this, thanks man, you saved my friends phone

i was looking for this too like a few months bk! wow.
awesome and thanks! now maybe i can finally get a root that doesnt have binary problems and not sure if they have custom recovery yet but this is a good start.

Thanks
Confirmed. I have been looking for this for months. All of the old links are down. Thanks for the post! Will upload this to mega when i get a chance.
Just so everyone knows, this contains the LG D321 v10c TOT and DLL files for the Cricket variant. (emphasis on that it is not the KDZ)
As for that charge back, i hope you did.
Theyre selling something that is not theirs to sell (and 800 megs of bandwidth does not cost 20 bucks)

LG 4xHD not registered

I have just managed to root my old LG P880/4xHD using advice from this forum. Thought I would try on an old phone first. One reason I tried is because I cannot update Android via the usual About phone, Software updates, Check now for updates. The Android version installed is 4.0.3. I am in Australia and it is possible the phone is an overseas model (got it from a friend in LG). Has "Not for Resale" stamped inside the back cover. When I try to update Android, I get an error message "Registered Error - Your device is not registered yet." I had hoped rooting would get around this but it hasn't. Have looked up old forum posts and there is talk of using .kdz files and all sorts of other things. Can anyone help me get around this registration issue but please be aware I am a novice and most of the older posts I read, I couldn't understand so simple explanations please. Thanks.
What you have is developer or test device and it is a bit different from normal ones. Try googling more but you will have hard time....

Could it be that it has overseas firmware, I read in a two or three year old post that this can happen but there was a way to get around this.

Try flashing 4.12 with kdz. Google is your friend, try kdz flash 4.1.2 Optimus 4x hd.
Funny thing, when I bought my phone, only google asked me to register the phone, the usual Google Play thing. SO what do you exactly mean with REGISTER?
i think the whole phone isn't registred by LG for consumers, like dimi89 said it has to be a dev device. they aren't registred and cannot be updated/used the normal way. the serial number of this phone isn't present in the LG databases i think. Just flash kdz and everything is fine. You know that you don't get any support or warranty on that phone but you should know that.

did this work
i was under the understanding to this day that a octoplus box with jtag was the only way to fix this device
i havnt had a g4 in a few months so things may have changed but last i heard that was the only way
Hi and a very pleasant day. I know this thread may be dated but it's still relevant due to the fact that a lot of users like my self is still facing this problem in 2018. I have an LG G4 LS991 that I have mistakenly downgraded *not knowing the file flashed would be lower version* anyways, I was able to read full flash and have the firmware extracted and saved. The firmware version is "ZVI" which is the latest.
Moreover, I have read in forums where you can do a direct emmc boot repair via sd card. Only thing you wil need is the systemImage.bin file. If you know how to get this or can provide me with some information on how I can etract it for use, then I would happily oblige. email me [email protected]

Look buddy I'm sorry this happened to you. Part of the reason I gave this cell away when I unbricked it was that the very first te it bricked it was bricked 120 days. Is all I can suggest is that you try not to panic an possibly delete system. It's similar to format data. Then try an make a clean start with the unbricking tool. My ex still uses it every day with zero probs an I think it may be an EU rom. These cells are natouriously difficult to customise. I hope you unbrick it soon. An I am sorry there are so many unsympathetic people on XDA who would rather say how ignorant or dumb you are than try an help. I refuse to be like that now. I am just a humble forklift driver. We cannot all be computer experts or write code or roms for cellphones.
Take your time an try an erase the cell in case something you are trying to hold onto is preventing unbricking?
I lost everything on my cell an only had it 2 days when it happened to me. You may lose your data. But erasing might help the unbrick tool work
Good luck. An breathe ok

Question Help about flashing Oxygen OS to Chinese Oneplus 10 Pro

I know that there are so many threads about this, but in every thread everyone is talking different.
I want to just know, which is the tested method to flash European ROM to Chinese phone?
I also dont have a proper link for european rom ( I have seen some people flashing Indian rom and what is difference between indian and european?)
So lads please help me, I dont want to brick my phone, because there are no OP support team near my country. So it would be a garbage.
By personal experience, don't do that.
My phone is just bricked from just trying to flash the same rom again.
I've always did on my htc, xiaomi, samsung and many others and OnePLus 10 pro was the first one to give me problem. If you get in a state that you need to run fastboot flashing unlock_critical and for some reason your device reset then it's dead with no chance to recover.
There is no tool available to us that can recover from that. The phone don't turn on screen, it's not recognized by the computer and even on the charger it just don't turn on. So completely dead.
The best way is to just buy the model NE2213, that comes with a global rom.

Yes I have seen this and much more posts about flashing.
Someone was lucky and made it, someone was not lucky and bricked phone...
Wish i have seen these failures before I buy phone
Get Fastboot Enhanced & files needed to access adb/fastboot from computer. Unlock Bootloader. Download the OOS ROM you want then extract the file you need for Fastboot Enhanced. Make sure no cow files exist on device with Fastboot Enhanced and then if all checks out you flash.
I've kept this very vague because like you've mentioned there are a few different tutorials explaining (including mine here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...lobal-rom-region-change.4462591/post-87151395) but the basic steps I quickly explained should exist in them all. You'll just need to find one you can follow that makes the most sense to you!
I personally used NE2213 on my device that I converted from NE2210 and am using that device to reply to this thread. I am in Canada and this is Chinese Model OP10 Pro and all works fine on my end. Hopefully you can accomplish the same for yourself if this is your intention.

If you can make sense of all the steps then go for it lol. My tutorial is more of a gathering of others work put together in a way that I hoped others could follow. I didn't want to re re re make another tutorial from scratch as your already seeing how confusing and inconsistent having so many guides can be!
I typically use Oxygen Updater on the PlayStore. Then in settings I'll do this (check photo). Then go back to the first page of application and you should see a download option (also check photo). Once you've downloaded the file just transfer it to the computer and you should be good to go. This is usually how I get the files...
Thanks so much, You made a great job lad.
Will try when I get a phone and I will let you know how it goes.

Just remember to keep reading over everything while you wait for your phone. Make sure to check everything over and over and just read all the threads here on XDA to get an understanding for what everyone else has done (the good and the bad) to ensure you yourself don't make any mistakes when the time comes.
I have the Chinese Model also and don't even understand one word let alone writing in the language but this is the phone I got and I gotta make it work so I can relate to your situation with buying it already and it being too late to change your mind lol.
my mind is blowing, everyday reading so much failures and bricked phones thats not good for mental health.
planned to go with your guide step by step and pray same time, maybe that helps lol

Question Phone bricked after unsuccessful OTA

Hi all, I just had the S23 for a couple of days now and have experienced quite a few bugs: Camara failed, restart automatically from time to time, cannot enter themes saying not available in my market (successfully logged in the next day).
Therefore I was quite happy when there is an OTA popped out today and I immediately started the OTA update.
However the update stuck at the download mode, error message on screen being "Build-id does not match with the reference".
Followed the instruction to restart, and try entering the recovery mode both did not work, all coming back to the download mode screen.
I've never flashed my device, any ways to clean the cache and do the OTA again? Just need to bypass the download mode screen...
Worst case is I return the phone to the original dealer (still within 14 days regret period) and get a new one. I just moved all my data to the phone and am quite reluctant to do so if there's no other alternatives.
Thanks for your help in advance!
I would return it. Not a good start... if it's hardware it will just bite you again, eventually.
A Samsung Experience center at a best buy can run advanced diagnostics on it and reflash it if you decide to play Samsung roulette.
The data is toast either way. Wishing you had an SD card slot yet?
Thanks for the

Thanks for replying. I try to do a online smart repair but obviously S23 is too new to be included in their aftersales tool. Here in Germany there is only limited places that I can go. So probably I end up returning it but it's such a pity since it has the best phone camera I've used and I really wish to stay...
You're welcome. Sorry. That's too much money to risk it being a hardware fault and even it isn't you shouldn't have to be reflashing it right out of the box. That takes away the joy of new ownership and then some.

That's bad luck indeed.
Either Samsung shop to fix that? Either returning it or asking for an exchange yep. For you data, didn't you sync on Samsung cloud or Google cloud?
Good luck with this sh*t.
Ps: idk if your computer detect your phone? So you could flash the firmware again through odin? I read this tool can detect the phone model and automatically download the latest firmware directly from Samsung update sevrer.. Idk what it worths https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tool-frija-samsung-firmware-downloader-checker.3910594/

Thanks for the tip. Used Odin and it did work. However when trying OTA it comes again, so had to flash once more. I'll just leave it and Samsung was kind enough to give me 5% on my next order in Samsung Shop so I'll just return this and get a new one via Samsung. Hope I'll get a normal one.
