Battery drain on my phone since I use Urbane - LG Watch Urbane

Hi everybody!
Sorry for my bad english
I have a LG Watch Urbane and a Z3 Compact and I have an issue with those.
Since I use the watch, my phone doesn't go on Deep Sleep (Unused CPU State on CPU Spy).
I saw a reddit for the Moto 360 wich says that we have to erase the watch, and reassociate with the phone to fix this problem, but it doesn't change anything for me and it's very annoying.
I don't have any problem with notifications or applications, all is OK, except this battery consumption of my phone.
The bigger % in battery status is "Android Operating System" (Système d'exploitation Android in french on my phone).
Thank you for your help

[Q] Max eco settings

Hello.
Just bought my Razr i (4.1.2 stock) and need some info or help please.
I´m "dont talk to me" user, so my phone can happen to be untouched for whole week until somebody calls or messages me. That way I´d like to max out idle battery life.
I think that those questions are more on Android than on phone, but still... Anyway:
I clear my apps in "task manager" everytime, I use GPS/WIFI/DATA only at a time I use the phone and its apps directly, and I have set smart action which disables GPS,Wifi and (background) data once I turn the display off. I have 4% of battery down after night (9h idle) with flight mode, and 70% idle / 30% screen + android in battery status.
Is it enaugh to max out its sleep potential to prolong battery life at idle state, or is there anything else to do?
If it is not naughty, I´d also like to disable some more apps and processes to make it "light walking" machine, but don´t know what is the purpose of those (MotoCare, QuickView, but processes with android icoon are more difficult to recognize and possibly disable).
Can anybody help please?
Thx for possible answers

To completely disable motocare you need root access. However, you can kill it for a couple of days if you clear its data. Vehicle mode usually runs in the background so you might wanna disabe it. Youtube and facebook ALWAYS run in the background, regardless of whether you're even online. I suggest you remove facebook as well if you have it as the newest version takes up almost 40 mb of RAM. You could use the web version which is just the same.
Thank you. Helped a lot!.
Also changed smart actions for Battery Saver at a time when I turn the display off....
Well, waiting after "new stuff at home" goes away, there is chance to get over 10 days of idle. That´s my boy

[Q] [Xperia V] Bizarre and excessive battery drain

Hi!
I'm another owner of the great Xperia V mobile phone. I have it three months ago and I tried the all posibilities and tricks of all threads that I have seen, here and in another forums, but I haven't gotten nothing, so I wanted to ask if there are someone with the same problem or I'm the only that have it.
In the pictures that I attach, it can see the strange battery function... I have got activated the pseudo-stamina mode and while the phone is in standby the curve is flat until I activate it and the battery level falls. This morning when I activated it from standby, the level was 97% and in ten minutes it was marking 87%.
All I have tried:
-Remove/freeze all bloatware that I could
-Disable some google services that I saw here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25974243
-Activate the pseudo stamina mode
-Back to ICS
But none solution found. The currentwidget when is in standby marks 20 mA as minimum.
Any explanation to this?
Sorry for my english.
Mobile Data REALLY EATS OUR BATTERY..
try using your phone with mobile data disabled and see if it still drains quickly..
To my opinion this is typical behaviour for a phone where there are frequent .apk /software / setup changes done.
Thanks but...
I don't made any change in any app and in plane mode, the battery has the same behaviour...
One thing that I observed is that when I turn off the phone and I back turn on the battery level has grew, for example from 18% to 50%...
I calibrated the battery too! :silly:

Abnormal battery usage

I can't find abnormal battery usage in Settings/battery. Do I have to activate it somewhere?
Activate what?
Why do you want to 'Activate' abnormal battery usage?
I usually observe the battery usage from Setting > Battery > Battery Usage , and observe which abnormal application drains my battery.

hi,
yes, i was also looking for it the other day, (could not find it) so i came to conclusion /assumed, that Samsung must have changed it in....software update ... AOJ5 . Replace it with the Android Doze features...? Optimization of apps etc etc.
(This is my take on why it missing)
good luck
i do not know bout bootloader but my base band is also aoj5
but my model is sm-n920k which is from korea and has a logo on the back that says olleh
i live in israel i seriously doubt that this model does not work with israel , i am using celcom israel provider
is there anything i can do as i hope i did not buy myself a non usable phone form the korean vistior who left the israel
as i can not tolerate my phone running of of battery simply because of an hour of usage from watching youtube or playing a game
it literally run out from 98% to 70% in less than an hour
this is really really really bad
as as user i should not worry about kernels or basebands or things like that my iphone could handle heavy usage and the battery would be great
i really regret buying this phone
please please help

Bluetooth battery drain

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy Tab S2 (Nougat 7.0, international unlocked T710 Snapdragon) when using any bluetooth device with it. The battery drains like hell. After a two or three hours of using a bluetooth keyboard, bluetooth is the main cultprit of battery usage. I don't know what to do - I wiped the cache partition, did a factory reset. Nothing helped.
Otherwise, the battery life is great, but as soon as I connect it with a BT device I can see it dropping. Everytime I click on Bluetooth in Battery settings I can see there's more mAh used...
I would appreciate any help.
Nougat.. thus better downgrade to MM or Lollipop.
Dear all,
I Have same bug with My SMT-813 since update Nougat, When I use with skeaper bluetooth.
Do you have found a solution?
Did you factory reset after OS update?

Dear,
Yes, all reset.
I think it's Nougat because with android 6.01 all is ok.
So better downgrade back to 6.0.1 then.

Yes, it's happening since the Nougat update. I've already filed a bug report for it but got no answer from Samsung till today.
The only thing you can do about it is to turn it off. And if you need it you have to downgrade to MM.
Same here on t819, but its kind of fake data, in my opinion there is somrthing wrong in calculating mah consumption. My battery still lasts the same, even when using or not using bt, but it has a lot of bugs, like forgetting paired devices or failing to pair. Everything about bluetooth is not perfect on N
Hi All
Do you have news about this bug?
Workaround
I've had the same battery drain issue on my S2 since upgrading to Nougat. Yesterday however I found I could 'fool' the system by turning on Flight Mode and then turning BT and WiFi back on - Consumption back to normal! It looks weird having Flight Mode on at the same time as BT & WiFi but it seems to work.
Update
I’ve just been trying to repeat my observations and the results are a little ‘challenging’
I saw a comment in another forum where someone suggested that the discharge effect is really a false positive caused by a faulty battery monitor in the Samsung software. So a downloaded a third party battery monitor, I charged my tablet to 100% , turned off flight mode and turned on both WiFi and Bluetooth.
The main observation is that the battery was not discharging rapidly – previously you could virtually watch the percentage on the battery meter decreasing in real time. After using the tablet for a day or so for browsing and watching some short videos I compared the two battery monitors – the Samsung monitor showed the battery down to 40% - but ascribed virtually all of the use to Bluetooth! The third party monitor showed a sensible mix: mostly browser and video player with small values for other programs.
I conclude therefore that the Samsung battery meter is definitely very broken.
As far as my earlier observed battery drain is concerned there seem to be two possibilities:
1) It was truly the Bluetooth causing the drain and switching to flight mode has cleared it (unlikely in my view)
2) The drain was caused by something else but was displayed by the battery meter as Bluetooth, and when I switched to Flight Mode it stopped - either by coincidence or because the Flight Mode really stopped the drain.
Number 2 seems to me the most likely explanation. I have noticed that all of my Android devices exhibit anomalous battery drain about once a month, and a functioning battery meter shows this as Android System usage. I don’t know what it is doing but my best guess it is some sort of file scan/verification (or maybe just harvesting data!). After a system upgrade it would be quite plausible that Android wants to scan the new installation.
I have, in the past, stopped this Android process by rebooting a device, so it is not impossible that entering Flight mode has had a similar effect.
For the moment my S2 seems to be using a sensible amount of power – both with and without Flight Mode - albeit with useless reporting of the details by the Samsung monitor.

Poor battery life on second P30Pro

Hello, I had p30pro and was perfectly satisfied with it but from curiousity changed it for oneplus 7 pro and then galaxy note 10+, wasn't satisfied with those devices because of worse battery life than p30pro, I had 8-10h screen on time with p30pro and ~5h with one plus 7 pro and galaxy note 10+. (gsmarena endurance rating is not correct, p30pro according to them has 100h endurance rating and galaxy note10+ has 107h, so I expected battery life to be pretty much the same but its far from that )
because of magnificent battery life on p30pro i changed back to p30pro, but this is second unit I got and battery life is not like on the first one. first one was 1 year old 8/128, current one is 8/256 3 months old and I have like 5-6 hours screen on time with new one which does not satisfy me, battery life is primary reason i got back on p30pro.
usage is the same, same applications installed as far as i am aware
I have screenshot from first p30pro with 8hours screen on time and 25% battery left, it was so great that I had to save it  and battery life was contant like that
Other pictures attached is from current device, 3h31min screen on time with 38% battery left, so by the time it drops to 25% like screenshot from first p30pro it would be like 4h30min screen on time, big difference. battery life is constant like that
any tips, solutions, suggestions, thoughts?
-i did wipe the cache in recovery
-i tried dark mode
-no app seem to be draining the battery
solutions that i am thinking about:
-wait for 10.1 update for my device and see if there is any changes
-sell this one and get third p30pro (really dont want to do that, I will lose money and time and would be furious if i dont get good battery like on first device )
-factory reset (really dont want to do that, I will lose half a day again customizing and installing everything)
is integrated battery info correct, could there be something /an app that drains the battery but is not showing correctly in battery usage?
FAULTY UNIT?
There must be somethnig draining battery , either delete one by one apk and see if it improved, then you will know which apk was trouble, or hard reset and manually reinstall all apks, do not use backup as faulty apk will do same harm.
Second phone was new or second hand? If second hand you should do hard reset first.., tip for future..
one thing I noticed on screenshot from first device is that I was using only one sim card back then, I turned off second one now and will see if battery improves, altough in Screen On Time thread I see people have 8-10 screen on time regularly with two mobile signals.
"there must be something draining the battery..." can there be anything like that but not showing in battery usage correctly? because everyhing in battery usage seems fine.
both phones was second hand and I did reset them, but from menu, dont know if there is any difference in reseting from recovery?
1. EMUI 10.1 have same battery in some cases may be worse battery than EMU 10
2. Why sell phone if this one is good just need find what eat battery
3. Factory reset thats in many cases fix drain problem but if you wont do that why you not do backup first than make factory reset
Solution
1. Try put all apps in sleep mode settings ---> battery ---> startup apps (there enable sleep mode on all apps only leave apps from where you want get notifications)
2. Dark mode i recommend you use it any time its not save your battery too much but it can help to save battery
3. Use Huawei optimizer app to clean junks and optimize phone
4. Disable synchronizatios
5. Disable GPS, NFC, Bluetooth if you not use it (if you use any navigation than just use GPS when you not need it)
6. I see your Google Chrome use too much battery use instead Kiwi Browser
7. Same about Instagram use light version of instagram or try InstaMod app its better for me
8. Your screen display use 24+ % battery try lower light i have set on AUTO BRIGHTNESS (Tips in settings display set lower resolution)
9. Cell standby try disable mobile data when you not need and btw try put sim in another slot
10. Disable or Uninstall all apps from Google i have disabled Google Movies, Google Music, Google Drive and mayn other apps just disable all apps which you not use
11. I see you are on stock launcher you can try Nova Launcher or Evie Launcher or Microsoft Launcher....(Tips Evie Launcher is one of the lighweight launcher and build for performance/battery i now use Microsoft Launcher which is same as Evie but with little more functions
If you need any info just ask
so I disabled second sim card yesterday and this is result I have now, much better! 1h16min screen on time with 86% battery, which corresponds with about 8h screen on time :good:
can't believe another sim card has so much impact on battery life. my signal is full!
in next few days I will try only 3g or 2g enabled instead of 4g for second sim card to see if that makes a difference.
5 hours & 40% still left, always using data connection. Mainly browsing and watching videos.
VOG_L29D EMUI 10.1.0.126, firmware updated using hisuite proxy
But also any other firmware version was giving the. Same SOT

Usage, facebook, YouTube and emailing, and some light gaming.
Also I'm using two sim cards but disabled 4g on the first sim card wich i use in calls and left the data line 4g.

I think I found your cause of drain. Go to settings, apps, apps, on the top right click on show system apps, then check for hms core. Click that, then on the top right you will se a gear. Click on the gear and carefully untick everything that has to do with data sharing, analytics etc. Check your battery again and let me know mate ??
