I got the same problem back in times when i still was on stock FW (JID)
And there was nothink to do about it. other wise to install another FW like JM6 or JMC that im on now.
There is a setting in settings --> Display -- > Horizontal calibration.
Here can you get your problem done.

This is standard on my Korean Tab. Same everywhere?
Sent from my SHW-M180S using XDA App
Ever figure out how to fix this?? My accelerometer isn't working either.
Edit: Found my answer. Replace the sensor lib files with this one.

I had the original galaxy note on 4.1.2 and used this gearmanager.
http://www.mediafire.com/download/7m6u68qaj0pakvc/SSGearManager.apk
I could only get phone calls and the media player to work.

I would not advise doing that. As the file is from 5.1.1 there is no telling what changes to the system that has been done.

You are correct. I should have been more specific. Post #95 includes file download from CM13 (Android 6.0). Working fine for me on MMB29V.

Even then that is for that build. It may cause other issues on different builds.

I agree. It could. But isn't that what we all do here about that? Modifications that are not necessarily 100% bullet proof? And looking for feedback from others who are using it..?

It seems to me that you already know the answer. You are familiar with the terms TWRP and root.
Beside the question you need to give a motive.

Any way to change the vibration/haptic intensity? [Samsung Grand Duos i9082]

Is there any way to change the vibration intensity of the vibration, for calls or messages or for anything for that matter?
I used the TWRP recovery, and it has the option to change the intensity of the vibration under the "Advanced" section, meaning it is definitely possible to control it in a way.
I have used the apps in the xposed framework, but none of them worked, so please give some other solutions if possible.
Also, I read it on some forum that the vibration in the stock kernel is not changeable, so if any other kernel is able to change that, or if there is any way of changing it, then please post. The build.prop file also does not have any tweak on the haptic vibration change values, so i could not do that either.
I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 with the Stock ROM.
Thanks in advance

Do you want haptic off in stock itself or do you think you can switch ROM by rooting. Ohh is your phone rooted?

My phone is rooted yes. And yes, I am open for switching ROM.
Though I would prefer something to do in the stock ROM itself.

Root Note9 - PIE 10 - Need Fix for Samsung health, pass, knox...

Hello,
I recently made a Root on my Galaxy note 9 in Android 10 PIE OS.
But I Lost every "Samsung functionality" like Samsung health.
When I try to put zero in the "No.config.tima" line in prop, the value stays to one when I reboot..
How can I fix this? Can I do this action by script in TWRP or something like that?
Thanks in advance
Not sure if it is possible yet with Android 10....
