I have a Moto G with a GPE rom on it (i followed the GPE Conversion guide). I upgraded to an S4 and i left my moto g unused for a month. Now it won't turn on ..The LED blinks once and that's it . I removed the battery but nothing. Tried the 2 min combo key trick..Pls help me
Maybe it´s just deep unloaded? If you haven´t tried just plug in a charger over night,it should come back to life again.

Today I got the OTA update for Android 5.0 and everything was going smoothly until i tried to use my camera; my battery was around 70% and the moto powered off. When I tried to power it on again i couldn't do it. I've already tried to press and hold the volume down + power button for two minutes and it didn't work. Someone knows what happened, and if there is a fix? Also nothing happens if I plug it on my PC or try to charge it.
Hi, so my moto g 2014 is odd.
When I plug it in to charge (btw it is at 0% right now) it would charge, flash the 0% battery symbol and then go to the motorola symbol (the thing when you first turn it on) and vibrate one pulse. After that it would go black. It would do this continuously. I plugged it into my computer and heard it charge for a few seconds and then stops and disconnects ...how do I fix this?
The quickest thing to do would be trying another cord to rule that out.
My moto g 2nd gen drained out completely last night, and today morning when I try to charge it,the initial screen shows up i.e. the blue M logo with the powered by android written below. Then it vibrates exactly one pulse and then goes off.Have you guys faced a similiar problem? Why is this exactly happening? I bought the phone just a week after it's release. Also, sometimes the phone just randomly starts and then does the same thing mentioned above, and goes off.
I already tried using a different cord, but that doesn't work.
Hello bros!
I have a problem in xt1068.
Simply, it power off! and is no longer power on without being connected to the charger.
When connected, it starts to the motorola logo, and power off, and the LED flashes one time.
If I remove it from the charger power off
I tried the probable solutions:

If you've already tried all the software related issues. Try looking for any hardware issue like battery related or something. And get us a bit more info.

My moto g (1st gen) started just turning off randomly and then failed to restart. I tried all the tricks of holding the volume and power on for 2+ minutes but all to no avail. I purchased a new battery thinking that was the issue but changing it achieved nothing.
I checked the voltage of the new battery before I installed in and it showed approx. 3.7v but after leaving in the phone for a couple of days it read 0.00 volts, exactly the same as the old battery - any ideas what could cause this? A short somewhere? With both reading zero, i'm guessing they are toast?
I've tried removing the battery and connecting to a known good usb charger, swapped out usb cables. But noting seems to be working. When connected to power I get the single white LED I think notifying there is insufficient power to show the battery indicator on screen. With the battery in I got a screeching noise from the speaker which did not sound too healthy....
I've downloaded the moto windows software but the laptop cannot see the mobile, so no luck there.
Does anyone have any idead how I can revive it from the dead to get some pictures and whatsapp chats off it?
Cheers!
