so i wondered why my battery drains ridiculous fast. with an up time about 9 hours there is a process Android system backup need about 7 hours of WL.
any help on this?

dunno. f.e., my wifi drain on custom roms is higher than on stock, but onscreen time is bigger. you can always try it and test it yourself

Idk , i think it is cm10.2 color or something.
The stock battery is great, if you don't use your phone at all that is . Just get an upgrade as I did 4100 mah,sure it doubles the size and looks fat,but man I can't use a phone that has a 4 h charge when using it.

I have been using this apk on several custom roms now,it does help battery life but noy by a hteat deal,i have flashed all kernels for roms and the only conclusion that i csn come too is the battery itself is crap,going to start searching for some different batteries and try them and test them.I will post any results i find.

Guys, seriously, disable history location and history report on google settings. also disable find remotely and restore original setting on google settings aswell
(if you want to search and wipe youre stolen phone, use Wheres my droid for example)
You can shurely expect a lot more juice after that. Will prove it later with pics tomorow.
battery life
Hi for the last few weeks my phone has only been charging to 92% after been on charge all night I have tryed different ROMs and kernels but still the same even tryed different chargers and a new battery but still no further forwards please help me
I have the same "problem". Stuck at 92%. I recommend you to read this thread.
You can calibrate battery (reset battery stats) using app such as Battery Calibration. (Your device has to be rooted i guess.) You can also delete battery stats in cwm/advanced/wipe battery stats. It's recommended to calibrate it when installing a new rom.
It might help if you plug it in when battery drops <15% (don't let it drop below 5%) and keep charging it until is full (you can add 15 minutes).
I hope that makes your battery stats become more accurate.
Yesterday i installed the 4.3 update from Sony. Today my Phone reboots about 4 times an hour. Saying sim uim not inserted. Tried it by pulling it out and putting it back several times.
Also i have a battery drain problem. 3 hours without using, 49% left.
Is there someone Who can help me?

ok, did a reset. random reboot stops for now. battery drain is still a problem. got bluetooth, gps and auto sync turned off.

You got BBM (Blackberry) installed? That is quite the battery drainer I have noticed on my phone....
3g is the most probable drainer. I can get through a day if I use it a lot.
Install Better Battery Stats, or any other app that can read/detect wakelocks, and find out what is keeping your phone awake.

Better battery stats is my staple, and has a free version on XDA somewhere, but support the developer by buying it if you can!
Wat is the problem with 3g if i May ask.? Is it a known problem with 4.3? Think i'm going to downgrade.

This 2% per 5 mins is when the phone is in standby mode ?
then there is some crap that is eating all your battery.
have a look at the battery usage and see what is using the battery most, in my case it's exchange service -- i cant do anything there because i use email app to get my office emails.
please reply with the app that is using most battery.

It stays on standby most of the day I use it for like 2-3hrs after full charge but its battery drain faster than galaxy ace

I don't think it'll matter.
Looks like your battery is dead. This phone is the most power-effective phone I owned since Motorola Defy+, it can hold any abuse and still has juice at the end of the day.

And then you've either installed some app that keeps your phone constantly awake, or killed the battery immediately by discharging it to 0. That's the only 2 explanations.
Right now I'm 17h on battery at 50% remaining, and screen as the top discharge reason with 32%. My father, who doesn't use the same phone extensively, routinely charges it once in 2 days. You should have screwed up something really bad to cause this phone not to hold charge.

Could be killed battery. This app won't do anything bad, I believe.
Might also be something reception-related, but I'm not sure if the reception is good/bad or if your carrier does/doesn't support fast dormancy and to what degree does it affect the phone.

but my battery life is pathetic even on airplane mode while using wifi I only get maximum 2 hours off screen on time?
is my battery faulty if yes then please provide me a link to buy a new original battery that can give me good battery backup

Try battery calibration ....just search on google play and get the one by "nema" ....if it doesn't work , go buy a new battery from micromax service centre.....

Your battery is not faulty. I too get same amount of battery backup as mentioned by you. Its just marshmallow uses too much resource and consume lot of battery juice. Try getting back to stock, you will surely get more backup. If you still want more backup get back to kk stock rom. I wish our phones have more high power capacities battery. But for now it is, what it is.

Yeah ...if battery calibration didn't work ...then I think you should buy a new battery .....don't go for online .....buy it from your micromax service centre.....
