I will be posting discounted Coupon codes here as a receive them, they are on a 1st come 1st serve basis, so I am not responsible if they do not work, most codes will only be good for that day now.
For those who are wanting to warranty their OnePlus 3 choose as a tablet device 300.00 - 399.99, its cheaper than paying for a phone warranty and its not worth it on the cost of this device to pay 200+ for a warranty, when u can just pay 39.99 for 2 years, they have accepted my IMEI and receipt for the warranty.
Your Device Must to Have Been Purchased Within 30days
These will be my own personal Codes, so these are not pulled from other websites, so i do not know how often these will be updated, hopefully weekly
Let me know what codes do not work and i will expire it, thank you!
Discount Codes
Code:
08/25/16 - 20% OFF - 20ELECOFF

I used to have this until one day my phone was stolen and they don't provide a replacement phone for a lost phone?... no thank you, only covers physical damage and malfunctions..
so be aware of this. if you just ant fixes etc than this is in fact the best choice.

not worth it, better off just using credit card extended warranty

Then don't use it, i don't care, this is for people who want it, not trying to sell it

I'm aware, just giving an FYI to everyone as well - if you bought the phone with your credit card (Even if it was via paypal using your credit card) then you most likely have an extended warranty through the credit card company (AMEX/Discover) or through the card issuer (Visa/MasterCard).

also too keep in mind, u r going through OnePlus with extended warranty if any issues, this will cover damaged phones so u don't have to pay for a screen replacement and also send it in to oneplus and wait 2 to 4 months to get ur phone back. There are many other advantages with this over the extended warranty.

extended warranty via CC has zero cost, while Squaretrade or other similar extended warranty programs tend to have deductibles, ESPECIALLY for screen replacements.

some info here, for USA cards - may have to research if you're in another country, but i know it's not just the USA that has this.

Any luck, I'm about to click 1-click ordering
do it fast !!
It was Target. It was probably a mistake on their end, where they were getting rid of older models but didn't want them to go that low. They're already out of stock though.

We will either get the PS3s, or get coupons for something.
I ordered one last night, but I heard this morning they were cancelling all orders due to the misprint. It was worth a shot!
Yeah, it was Target. They tend to mess up like this frequently, lol. A month ago I was able to buy a $50 Playstation card for $18 because they messed up.

Hilarious! At least you tried
I was with a friend waiting at Wal-Mart one time when they printed a great deal on the PS3. Turns out it was a misprint on details of a game/movie combo. We didn't think it was a big deal, but a restless mother that was waiting before us wouldn't let it go so we got a bit of a bonus, too!
Fear not, Amazon! Disclaimer-man is here to save the day!!

We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order enters the shipping process nor will we charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.
Please note that your Order Acknowledgment means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been shipped or that the price of an item has been confirmed.

Sorry people, but you never stood a chance of getting that.

Market Place and paypal

I have been reading around and I have been noticing noone should buy with gift.
There are these two phones I would like but the seller wants to be gifted. Should I?
Moved to Off-topic.
Hell to the nah! The buyer is trying to get the exact amount for what they have posted. It lessens your ability to get your $$ back if there is ever a problem, its also against the marketplace rules. Read it and learn.
Yes it was tested on animals, didn't fit.
If they are requesting gift payments then please use the report post function as this is against the rules.
As mentioned, this makes it much more difficult to recoup a loss and the seller is only doing it to avoid fees.

never ever ever ever pay with gift online, you are not secured, and if you tell PayPal you paid as gift to a seller that was a bum they'll say too bad and hang up on you.
He has been reported
Claims he did nothing wrong. Something about his feedback on ebay. He didnt reply when I asked if he asks for gift on ebay too
Ok, so I'm the guy he's referring to. I gave my ebay references to him and my fredmiranda.com reference. It doesn't look though that he bothered to check them. My objective was to avoid paypal fees, I guess the right way would have been to ask him to pay the Paypal fees himself. I know this is not fredmiranda.com, but over there, it is common practice to ask the buyer to either pay as gift or add the Paypal fee in the final price.
And I did just respond to his cynical ebay question. This could have all been avoided if he just said no to my terms. If he didn't like it, all he had to do was either suggest that he would pay the fee after I made it clear to him that I didn't want to pay the fee, or simply say no thanks.
Instead, he made this a bigger issue than it really is.

Really?
I'm a noob here and I am careful and read a lot of scam threads I don't think I did anything wrong
Oh sure, you're the victim here.
1) I get a low ball offer for 2 phones. I agreed any way... Better than taking up space.
2) I supplied you with actual photos of the phones.
3) I supplied you with my ebay and fredmiranda.com accounts so you can check me out and cross reference my accounts.
4) If you bothered to check me out in fredmiranda.com, you'd see that I bought and sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of photo equipment... And not a single negative feedback!
5) And with you... All this for what? $50? Yes folks... For a $50 transaction for 2 phones.
This is definitely not worth it.

It's been stated countless times to add Paypal fee into final price. why should it be up to the buyer to do the math for you? I hate when i see for sale threads with that crap on there. Just have it all factored into the final price. Simple

If you would have said you would put the sale on eBay you would be shipping them out already.
The lowball offer he's referring to are for a palm pixi and pre two dead phones with no future but I like webos but wont pay out the nose
This isn't the place to discuss this. Use the PM system to chat about it as it's nothing to do with anyone else.

Proper procedures?

Some may know I recently purchased a Note 3 N900A from a trusted seller via Ebay. Upon arrival, it worked for a total of 4 days. I received a message from the seller "I'll buy back the device for $100. 1/4 of what I had actually paid for it! Through me off a little bit. Next morning, tried to make a phone call. "This device has been blocked from network use."
Now I'm pretty sure you can put two and two together. First receive a buy back message, ignored it. Next, find your device "blocked."
Consulted with the seller. He has no intentions of unblocking it because I refused to sell it back to him for 1/4 of what I had paid. Claims he tried to unblock it but we all know. "It's blocked under an At&t account. Only the blocker can unblock it."
Now I have receipt, everything. Prove it was an actual legitimate sale. Talk to Ebay and I just bounced around, "transfer here, transfer there." I know the seller doesn't have an At&t account but where he got the phone from. She had an At&t account. Upon time of purchase it was not activated on an account. Yes I've done my IMEI background check before purchase.
What would be the correct procedures handling this case?
Probably best answered from ones who had ran into the same issue.

What I'm thinking but resolution I'm hoping for is. Device gets unblocked because with ordering a refund. Having to wait for it to credit back to my account. Another royal headache! Anyone familiar with disputes on PayPal?
I have from the actual Ebay listing sale to text messages claiming he's not interested in unblocking it.

and with this being a recent purchase "last week." PayPal may be the only bail out. Ebay isn't help. I keep getting "Please hold and that hold will last 30 minutes, sometimes 45." I do know at point of sale. IMEI was clean but once it's ran again. They'll see its not. Which will lead to questioning the seller.
Mentioning the police in your previous reply RErick. Thinking if I called the local police department where the seller is located. Would give him boost on the ass "Hey, you need to fix this or refund" thought?

Yeah the police could help. But with eBay you gotta file a dispute online. Click on your purchase and you should be able to file one. I would personally go with all 3 routes

That dispute status sitting on my Ebay account has been in the state of "in progress" since mid-last week. /:
I'll check out PayPal and do some digging with his local police department. Since At&t was no help! I know I can get it unblocked from the original owner if I had her name/number. Simple if she knew what he was actually doing. 9/10 it would be unblocked.

Should I root with Jump or wait for non-knox counter root?

I'm hearing two different things. Some are saying T-mobile doesn't care about rooting but some say if you have jump and you root, they wont fix anything. What do you guys think? I want to root but I'm afraid if anything happens to the phone, it won't be covered under Jump warranty.,
It has been discuss that Knox doesn't affect warranty.
Is completely up to you but it might take a looooooooong time before someone comes out with root that doesn't trigger Knox.
You got jump you're good go for it.

Who is to say a non trip method will appear.
NOTE 4
I have not heard of anyone having issues with root or custom roms voiding warranty. I think a lot of people brick phones by flashing international roms by mistake and they still take them. Water damage or physical damage seem to be the warranty void issues. But ultimately it's each persons choice , I make no claims lol.

Did it go up? Hope not. This is why I don't really bother with Tmo insurance. A few months ago my note 3 front sensors stopped working and I only had to pay $20 to get a replacement.

Samsung extras. Is there any way to order before getting the phone?

I'm sorry if this has been asked already. Is there any way for me to order the charger and memory card before I get the phone? I pre-ordered through Best Buy back on 9/1.
Thanks

Only if you order direct from Samsung, where they'll send you the phone and the bonuses together. Otherwise, you need the phone in hand as you have to send the your phone's IMEI and MAC address. Plus I believe the easiest way to get the promo is to sign into the promo app from your Note 8 which automates a lot of the application.

I ordered the Note 8 and had to call ecommerc (1-855-254-4747) to confirm the extras, and was told that even though I ordered it online, I still also have to wait for the phone to be in my hands in order to complete the registration using the Samsung account and filling in the Note 8's IMEI. I also asked if I could just log into any Note 8 and use that IMEI, but they need the one tied to the order or it will be rejected (I tried haha).
SO.. The extras promo is handled just like carrier / retailers. Samsung.can orders aren't automatically filled. We will have to wait for the physical phones complete the promo registration from pending to completed and then wait for them to ship.
Thanks. The first thing that I'll do is install the app and order the extras. Then it'll probably take a month to get them.
