Suddenly phone lost all its signals. I tried other SIMs, they work in other phones but not in mine. I also flashed MIUI in hope that it will recover my signals, but to no avail. Has anyone else gone through similar procedure and fixed the issue? Thanks.

I had such issue when i selected radio band of usa in *#*#4636#*#* menu. I lost my signal. I flashed different roms using twrp but none helped.
Lastly i flashed official cm 13.
In it i selected automatic in radio band and signals were back.
Very few roms are there having automatic menu under radio band menu.
*#*#4636#*#* -> phone info -> three dots on right upper side -> radio band -> automatic.

I have several questions about my LG P990, when I go to 'Testing' mode (dial *#*#4636#*#*), when I select Phone information my phone signal/network suddenly blank for 5-6 seconds, it always happens. And when I go to Select radio band, it always give me unsuccessful message on whatever band I choose.
I recall these problems never happens on my previous Samsung android phones, does anyone have the same problems? Thanks for the reply.
The loss of radio signal is normal, as it seems that the phone tries to re-estabilish its connection with the network every time you enter that menu. As for the radio band, that hardly can be considered normal; did you flash a different baseband or are we speaking about a fully stock phone?

I've always had this error when trying to Select radio band on my O2X... I've never tried when it was still stock (which lasted 1 day ), but I've been on BB405, 622 and 725 and could never select radio ba,d without error.

Hi, I just installed CM12.1 on my note 2 N7100 but cellular network is off. and I can't change to any radio band.

As stated in the topic, i have a HTC One (International version) that has been running HD Revolution 11. Today I upgraded the firmware on it, and installed HD Revolution 11.5, and now it seems that it no longer have LTE support.
When i go into the settings and try to enable it, i have longer have any LTE option, just WCDMA, GSM or GSM / WCDMA auto.
Is this HD Revolution 11.5 that is doing it, or have the firmware upgrade messed it up?
Seems like its the rom and not firmware causing this since *#*#INFO#*#* gives me the option to enable LTE, its just not showing as an option in the settings menu.

it is the ROM sure.. *#*#4636#*#* and enable it there.. Will probably be sorted later.

11.5 is based on the Taiwanese 4.2.2 release for the M7_U model which does not have LTE capability and thus the reason why you can't access LTE in settings.
You have found the solution to re-enable so you should be good but note every time you try to access in settings LTE will be disabled again.
This is temporary and will be resolved when the WWE 4.2.2 build appears.
was messing around with the advance signal status and messed up my verizon Droid Turbo. I went into additional info > phone information and selected the" select radio radio" option from the top right option menu. Selected on cellular and all network connectivity vanished. I tried to fix the issue with messing about with other settings on the app, nothing seemed to work. Did a factory reset and its still not showing any networks on global mode or any other mode. Can anyone please help me out with this? The phone isn't rooted so i don't know an app could mess things up this badly
What are some things you messed with? Was it just changing the CDMA and lte setting?

happens to me too and was the only solution
u must flash the radio from Droid turbo
if doesn t work flash the all firmware
can't flash any firmware on this as its not rooted nor is there a bootloader unlock for the droid turbo as of yet. Only thing i did was go additional info > Phone information > select radio band > Cellular
Could not rever back to original settings after that. I have tried a lot of other apps as well, changed from global to lte/wcdma, gsm modes too.
Maybe the app developer can help you, although it says that is not meant to be used on non rooted phones.

u can flash the original radio without root o bl unlocked
and the firmware too
Idk of this will work because it's the older firmware for this phone but try flashing it then updating back to the current firmware. Worth a shot!

Hey Guys ! . Dont worry if u select radio band to cellular. Here i give u solution .
If ur mobile is verizon
then simply connect your phone with pc with data cable , then install software of verizon update assistant by clicking on a drive showing in My computer and also enable the option of software installation from your mobile .
Next step is opening the program verizon assistant.
Here u have to run the repair process.
this take 5-10 minutes.
After 10 minutes your mobile will reboot automatically.
and U will get your signals back ... Comment if this help u.

I by mistake through short cut master lite app changed the radio band to USA.... since then I am not able to get network on one of my sim....have tried swapping sim ....even downgraded the firmware ....but still the band is stuck at USA......ONE Plus 3T is currently on oxygen OS Nougat beta version.....kindly help

Hi,
Type this code *#*#4636#*#* in your Dialer app and it will show up a menu. Select Phone information, then tap the 3 dots menu on the top right corner, and there you can select the band you want from that list.

I think flashing the modem zip may work. There is a thread here for the the oneplus 3 (A3000 & A3003). My op3t is a3003.
I am not sure if those modem zips work for our 3T.
Try finding the stock/custom ROMs for the modem zip and flash it.

You could just flash the OOS 4.0 modem only zip, after you of course backup the current EFS. If it works, well and good, if it doesn't format it and lock the bootloader. Take it to the service centre.
Hi I have lost signal due to accidentally selecting USA Band in *#*#4636#*#* menu. There is no other option other than USA band in the select radio band menu under phone info . I have tried factory reset as well as flashing the ROM after a complete wipe. I have even tried the hard brick recovery procedure. I have a one plus 3 T A3003 model from India and the phone is not being able to lock on to 2g and 3g bands only 4g seems to be working with only data and no voice. please help . thanks ?
Only way to get functions back is by changing bands again just like to did to break it, as these settings are stored in the NV registry, non of the factory restore methods will be able to restore the values back to defaults.
Update: Okey, I just went into that menu and I see three options. Auto, Europe and United States. And your saying you only see the last after you manually choose it?

Tipping on it does not break anything 2/3/4G still works

Yes I only see US. I am on stock 4.0 nougat . you are on which rom ?
I also went back to 3.5.4 where i could see options like band 30, band 31 etc. but choosing any of them did not help.

I'm on Lineage OS 14.1, but with OxygenOS 4 firmware/bootloader base.
Ok I have found a solution. I reverted back to os 3.5.1 using the unbrick guide from https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/how-to/unbrick-unbrick-tutorial-oneplus-3t-t3515306 . Now there are options such as band 31 , band 32 etc. in addition to u.s. band now I started applying each and every band, the trick here is that the applying each band takes at least 1 - 2 mins. so you have to wait after each operation to see if the problem is corrected or not. Finally the problem got corrected on applying band 43 , so band 43 seems to be the correct configuration at least here in India . now 2g,3g and 4g all are working. the strange part is that in nougat service menu this is missing while it is present in the earlier rom's .
