Now that you got me in the right direction with that maybe you can answer this. Why do I have a brain fart when it comes to the basic...clear cache and data first?
Thanks for unfreezing my brain.

There are some apps not installing, in my phone. Those installed in previous version before master reset after root.
What apps you mean?

Did you try to re-install them? If you upgrade the firmware, it's normal that files and settings were overwrite, not the apps, for that you need a Web upgrade or a factory reset...

I think old game's some data or something is there which not letting install same name file with different signature. Do you know anything about it? And can you give your build.prop too?
please help
Please help. Problem didn't existed before. Kdz flash didn't help.
Looks like it is a system app. And normally if u delete those u can't reinstall them in the conventional way.
Best thing is. Do not uninstall system based apps. U even should get a warning when uninstalling them. Don't do it.

http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGP880/AINDBK/V10a_00/V10A_00.kdz
After flash, do a factory reset.

It asked the same for me, I just said yes, although for some reason binaries seem to fail at updating. But when using an app that requires root, Super SU still asks to allow root to tha app. I also used Titanium Backup Pro to freeze three apps relating to Knox. You can also do that as well, just to be safe.

But someone said that SuperSU failed to update, he was just pointing them in the right direction to fix that issue.
Hi Everyone, I just want to share this easy steps to root Android L.
Note: Android L is a Developer preview, it is not stable as the KitKat version and it is using ART runtime only, so not all apps are compatible.
Update: The v2.01 release fixes some incompatibility issues with the Android "L" Preview. There is no binary update over v2.00.

I recommend backup all your data/files in a PC, to avoid data loss. And don't blame me if you have a bootloop or stuck at boot logo.
TRY IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Boot into bootloader
For TWRP format cache first
Code:
fastboot format cache
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Boot into recovery
Flash the SuperSU-v2.01.zip
Reboot
You now have root access.

Everytime I try it says that the TWRP recovery image is too large. Any ideas?
I'm guessing this is the same as the other root method, where it roots your device, but some apps still don't work as root apps?
Titanium Backup is my main concern.
