Knox is tripped. The tab was stock and rooted LL, however the screen began responding sluggishly. Thinking it is a good time to change ROM's. No matter what ROM I try: stock/CM/etc, the tab goes into bootloop. Cleared Cache/Dalvik/Format Data and the bootloop is the same on all ROM's, through TWRP [latest] or Odin.
Any help will be given three kowtows and a high five!
Found the latest stock and that worked

Hello, I have been trying to flash for 2 days now but still couldn't get it working.
Initially, my I9305 is running on stock without root. I wanted to root it and then install recovery and ROM.
And so I prepare the necessary files, and start to flash.
I used CF-Auto-Root to root my device first, then got Resurrection ROM and Gapps to flash.
Then I started to get some issue, as it always fail. Error message like no file context and so on. So I read online resources, and found out that I had a older version of TWRP installed which may cause the install.
I then tried to upgrade TWRP but it doesn't allow me to. No choice, I had to flash philz touch, and I did.
I then tried to flash Resurrection again, boot up, and it keep giving me bootloop. After which I downloaded nameless ROM, and CM11 but same issue.
Yesterday night, I downloaded the stock firmware to try. I flashed it, and it is successful based on ODIN, but it still won't boot up.
I just tried it again and it stuck on the Samsung logo screen.
Can anyone tell me what else to do? What I have to do?
This is the stock firmware that I have downloaded and flash - I9305XXUENH1_I9305EVRENH1_EVR.
Let me know what other information I have to provide.
Thanks!
Here's the Download mode information.
Custom binary count: 9 counts
Current binary: samsung offical
System status: custom
Knox void: 1
RP SWREV: A2
Update: 16/1
I just tried to go into my recovery mode and apparently, it has been changed back to stock recovery which I assume is because I have flashed the stock firmware.
I am trying it yet again after wiping in stock recovery, to flash the stock firmware again now.
P.S: I have posted it in http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help-i9305/qa-samsung-galaxy-s3-lte-roms-kernels-t2999494 but no reply. So trying my luck here.
Ok, this is funny. I waited for 2-3 days before posting here for help. And it doesn't work for all those days.
Now that I just posted, it finally worked. I am getting into the setup screen.
Anyway, for those people who may have the same issue as me in the future, try to wipe everything after flash to stock firmware. then flash stock firmware again.
After flash
It's a good call,as per your last post,to wipe data and factory reset after a flash and even a second install.Need to give time for changes to occur.Don' go too fast.HTH.
Hello,
I am really stuck with a S3 mini 8190 I messed with,
I was on XXALLJ,
then flashed CWM 6.0.2.7 with ROM Manager,
Flashed a couple of ROMS just for testing (CM10, worked) then (Carbon, Virginity) stuck at boot logo.
With that, I find my phone looping at Samsung S3 mini GT-I8190 screen,
indefinitely restarting,
When I tried coming back to stock ROM using Odin,
I go through the process with a Success,
but nothing happens in real,
Tried dozens of ROMS, Kernel, param, Stock recovery,
all with success, but Nothing happens when booting,
even when trying installling ROMS with CWM,
it says installed, but nothing happens when rebooting,
Seems Like something keeps coming back to CWM 6.0.2.7,
or protecting the custom recovery and the messed ROM.
and it's Boot looping at the Samsung S3 mini GT-I8190 screen,
I don't understand.
Heeeelp !!
Hello,
Managed to find on some threads what seems to be the problem,
I may have messed with the R/W permissions,
and now nothing I flash is effective.
How can I correct this ?
Even trying repartitioning with PIT file can't be done with ODIN,
it says FAIL !
Heeelp !
Hey guys,
I'm at my wits end with my bricked S3 Mini I8190N (3 UK).
Basically I accidentally tried to flash a CM12 zip file, forgetting I had to extract the MD5 first for Odin (Do'h) and now twrp is frozen on Simulating Actions and I can't flash any custom ROM's because I can't wipe the two caches and it won't boot past the Aamsung logo, only going straight to the frozen TWRP screen.
I'm completely stuck with this one.
Other notes:
Still boots into download mode.
Any help would be appreciated

Download the stock firmware from SamMobile
flash it with odin
Hi,
Thanks, your English seems fine. I managed to fix it without flashing stock actually.
I was able to sort it by flashing a PIT file and then reflashing TWRP and the ROM, worked a treat. That said I hate using sammobile & samsung-updates as both insist on using painfully slow file hosts, using them on a throttled connection is just not practical. I don't understand why a large company like Samsung have to use these abysmal filehosts.
Thanks anyway!
I had you same problem once: I just flashed again (with Odin) the stock rom.
Every time that I change rom I always use to flash the stock rom with Odin, and than do a wipe/factory reset from the recovery (just to be sure that everything is wiped and like new without "garbage) and then I flash the new rom.. It just take a few minutes more but in this way I never had conflict-problems.. I hope to be useful for you!
Greetings all
I went ahead and rooted my T-Mobile Variant NOTE 5 using Nobel Kernel everything worked out great at first I went ahead and installed Xposed installer and flashed the sdk22arm64 and that's where the issue came the phone will not boot up past T-Mobile screen it restarts and restarts it also states that KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
I tried to flashing the same kernel file again via Odin says it flashes but bootloops still persist this is the file I used Noble_Kernel_Auto-Root_N920T_v0.1_Rebuid3.tar.md5
I tried to flash stock firmware but for some reason every time I select any file other than the one above Odin freezes and closes ( Not responding) could anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue I still have TWRP installed unfortunately no back up is there
all the help is appreciated my device is useless at the moment
I've wiped everything from TWRP / WipeCache and even factory reset and lost all data now still nothing, deleted TWRP and factory reset hoping it'll just go back to stock and same thing happened just bootloops
Anyone help ?
I have a SM-G800F that's been running 4.2.2 forever. Last night I attempted to upgrade to 5.1.1 using Odin, afterwards I'm caught in a bootloop (just the Samsung logo). I tried recommended steps of wiping cache / factory reset from the recovery menu but no dice. I then attempted to flash 6.0.1 stock onto it, same problem.
Any help would be appreciated. When it was on 4.2.2 it was rooted with stock samsung fw and TWRP installed.
Just to add an update here, I flashed TWRP on it and then a LineageOS 14.1 Custom Rom with little hassle. Still not sure why the stock upgrade failed, possibly due to it being rooted already. Runs Android 7.1 beautifully so far.
