No network. since i upgraded to lollipop roms and now even in nougat. Please help how to get back network? Sim works on other phones.

i want to unlock my HTC TyTn 2 device its a uk orange sim lock i dont know how to proceed i dont have the orange sim card with me, and i have tried teh unlocking software but unable to run any software as it says the supporting files are mising or corrupted and reinstalling might solve the issue, i am not ablt to intall/run any thing

HTC Tytn2 ( Sim card missing)
I had my tytn2(UK Orange) unlocked to work on any network in August 08, using an unlock code from the internet. It worked with my T-mobile sim ok but ony last week I noticed it stopped working and just showing missing sim card. It won't even work on an orange sim either.
Please help.

Dear Modders I know this is only HTC braned phones forum but please don't delete my post because this is not brand problem but common unlocking maybe somebody can help me here ...
After long time tests I came to on result.
My phones wi-fi not working becuse it's unlocked ant then I insert another sim card which is not working in my country and there is not GSM antena indicator on that time wi-fi starts working but then I put my normal sim card which is working in my country and phone getting signal from GSM network it blocks wi-fi and I can't use my wi-fi even after that when I insert back the other cart which don't have network coverege in my country again it's not working till I fully format phone from settings.
Please if someone can have solution with this post here or tell me how to fix this so have working phone wit wi-fi and gsm network togheter
is your phone rooted?
Rooted or not, try a Factory Reset. That might fix your problem. If its rooted, flash the rom again after doing a full wipe.
Dear nephron phone is rooted I tryed reflash rom many times and no success even after full wipe. I think my problem is that my phone unlocked with the code I get from T-mobile and when my phone uses GSM sim card and I am getting registred in gsm network wi-fi can't find any network but when I put other sim card which can't register in my country because of there is no network for that sim card that time wi-fi works perfect.
So by my understanding GSM signal is not letting wi-fi to work how to do that to get working togheter ?? and also I have some doubt about unlock code can t-mobile have to unlock codes for on IMEI one will unlock carreir and another will unlock all functions? or I am wrong?
Please is there any expert on this issue so can help me with this...

Hello I have an unlocked samsung ace. I got him rooting and I installed a custom rom. Everything works fine but now I placed a SIM card from another provider. The phone starts completely without error but I have no network. The SIM card is good because he does it in other phones.
Does anyone know the solution?

i mean did you got it from other country or something and do that sim give network on stock rom

I had this same problem and had to take my phone to Sprint Repair Store and they had to activate there to make it stop.

MINE is factory unlocked from sprint itself , i reside out of the USA.

After updating XT1068 to Lollipop, both of sim card cannot connect to Network anymore (No Network). Eventhough, I tried many method/fastboot ROM, issue still persist. Strange thing is that whatever ROM i tried, my system version end with retla (latin america version). I am from Singapore and I think we have different network here. Question is how can i revert back my phone to let;s say retin (india version).
Please please Help. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

I was with this problem , the more my Motorola only work with 3G networks , I made the fastboot erase all the partitions and flash stock rom wrong on my Motorola XT1069 , to return to work perfectly I installed TWRP and went with adb shell and used dd if to record the XT1068 INDIAN partitions (FSC , hob , dhob ) and returned to work all GSM and 3G networks
Type * # 06 # and Checks if Your IMEI is normal and post here the answer ... maybe can help you.
(I'm probably using Indian network configuration here in Brazil and works perfectly . )
Tell me the version of your baseband also :good:
I thought he was dead for networks as my IMEI is 0 anyway and now works normal. Yours is not dead.

Restore to stock firmware or just flash the modem
Hi All,
Strangely, I have flashed Brazil ROM and my 2 sim cards back to normal now. I bought my phone at Singapore and I have no idea why this happened. All the while, I am using international version of ROMs and no issue. And I think Recently Flashing messed up and Now my phone is working well with Brazil ROM. Thanks to All.
