I used your app to upgrade to v87, but since, impossible to go back to recovery. ( MM ). Phone just switch off.
I re-installed recovery thru ADB, Flashify or TWRP manager, but no luck :crying:
Any idea ?

Hi.
I had Freedom OS on my op3t. I gave it to my friend for review and he installed stock 7.0 on my Oneplus 3t.
After he made a review I wiped everything, then I entered into TWRP ( it worked) and try to install my backup. After flashing it I tried to turn on system but there was bootloop (I tried to do it 3 times) and because nth helped, I downloaded new FreedomOS to flash it but now, when I enter to TWRP I see:
DM- verity is not started in enforcing mode and may not work properly,
then is start booting to twrp but TWRP stay on main screen.. I try flash diffirent versions but every time TWRP doesn't work.
Device is unlocked.
Any idea?
Hello, is it possible to install twrp permanently via flashtool?
I flashed twrp img with flashtool (select kernel to flash) but then my phone wasnt able to boot up, so I installed lineage os rom.
After that, I booted up to system without any problem. I restarted my phone to check the twrp recovery but I noticed that It reverted into the stock one.
I tried to install twrp via the twrp app, the app says it flashed successfully but when I boot up into recovery, my phone shows the stock one. Please help me someone.
nevermind, I managed to install twrp with rom toolbox app.
I have huawei mediapad AGS-l09
Installed Magisk manager via Patched boot img
Can't flash anything through TWRP
(Always gives unable to mount '/usbotg despite not using usbotg at all!)
Bootloader is Unlocked ... root is working ... but Magisk itself? I can't install!
Tried to install Magisk via Direct install from within the Manager > Crashes.
Tried doin' it using Flashfire > Black screen to no Avail (waited for 1 Hour)
Using Latest version.
Any help is appreciated.
Flash another recovery then?

Meaning another version of TWRP? from what I can tell, there isn't, for that specific device.
It's 3.1.1 Russian version I got from 4pda
Or you meant another recovery entirely?
*Bump*
How can I know which TWRP version suits my device?

How is root working if magisk isn't? You have another root? Have you mounted data in twrp?
So I finally went ahead unlocking the BL & rooted my Mi9Tpro, using the program by Maunofrio.
So far, so good. Installed twrp from within the program, along with some kind of superSU.
I installed some apps needing root, but they complained over an outdated supersu, so
I then installed the superSU by chainfire. First 2.82 wich wouldn't update the binaries.
Then the 2.79 version, that was said to be more bug free.. It didn't want to update the
binaries either, the normal way. So I then chose the other option (to DL by twrp).
Now my phone won't boot past the boot screen. I can start both fastboot and
recovery mode (twrp). Would anyone be kind and tell me how to solve this?
I just don't know how to proceed (so I guess I shouldn't have fiddled at all).
Just flash Magisk for root.
That will work 4sure.

Download and flash rom from this thread. (For recovery, not fastboot.)

Thanx, fellows!
I tried reflashing Magisk once more, & it did the trick.
:good::silly:
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE OFP file for chinese rom?
Here is my situation:
1. changed recovery to orangefox successfully through bootloader
2. rooted with magisk 20.3 successfully
3. tried to install viper4android root version did not work as went in to bootloop. uninstalled and back to normal.
4. tried to install viper4android non root version through orange fox recovery. Phone now keeps loading into bootloader
5. used uninstaller.zip to uninstall non root viper driver, still i keep going back to bootloader. however i am still able to boot into recovery.
6. device undetectable in bootloader mode and cannot execute adb commands anymore.
Pls. help if any solution without formatting data etc and resetting the phone as I do not want to do manual backup and restore. However if that is the only solution, then no choice but would like to see if can be sorted without this.
Edit: Someone else under Paranoid Rom was having same issue and they fixed by flashing Vendor. I did the same now i am stuck at yellow realme logo.
Edit: couldnt find a way to reboot into the original ROM so had to install from beginning at least was able to backup due to OrangeFox recovery.
