Hello guys!
I need a simulator of sony xperia x8. I want to downlaod a copy of telefon on my computer and show to my mother how this telefon works.
she will get this telefon soon and I want to show her how she can manage this phone. becuase I'll leave her alone and she will not able to do it by her self. it's really important for me to find it, becuase my mom is sick and I have learn her how to manage it.
can someone help me. I searched on forum and google but unfotunatly couldn't find any thing.

Hey , it't nice to meet you guys, I'm a newbie regarding this stuff, please help with this issue:
I got my hands on a white z1, model no L39H, not a new device, and i want to know about it's rom (i think). It is missing some stuff, from what i saw on youtube. On the initial setup (after master reset) it does not ask me about any accounts, and after that i can only introduce them as email services. Then, it has no native google apps, but many that are named with asian symbols. I think it' for that market, or it has a custom rom. Can i install an original or european rom on it?
Also, photos in low light have loads of flash bleed, though I have peeled off the back protector.
Looking forward to your answers.

The Z1 is C6903, if you have a L39H then you have a Z Ultra
Please make sure you know which device you have and then either ask to move this thread to the Z Ultra section or if not we can give you some help

According to Wikipedia, the L39h and the non-LTE C6902 could be the same (in terms of hardware).
You could open the service menu by dialing *#*#7378423#*#* and report what it says under service info -> software info -> type number. Or pull out the label from under the SIM tray.
Hey guys,im experiencing a difficulty to see what im typing in this game call ed Vainglory.The letters that i typed are in black so as the background.So anyone knows how to make the letters become white?probably by modifying any file in system? Recently i watches a movie named "The Body".
It has sony sponsored and its about year 2011 to 2012 movie.
And i heard a COOL ringtone, but really hard to find it.
Phone looks like sony ericsson xperia neo or play.
I searched whole ringtone and alarm sound but failed.
I had recorded it from movie and post it at below.

I listened whole your audio source but there was not same one that i mentioned.
It's really hard to find it, maybe that movie sponsored by sony and used sony phone all time at movie but not apply their ringtone..? i have no idea T.T

Well, at least we tried!
I never owned an older Xperia like the X10, Neo or Play so it might still be a ringtone unique to those models / that era of Sony phones. You can try what I did to get the sounds from my Xperia S:
- Grab a firmware FTF file for the model of phone you suspect might have the ringtone (I had one in a backup somewhere - hooray for properly categorised storage)
- Use WinRAR to extract system.sin from the ftf file
- Use Flashtool to extract the ext4 filesystem from system.sin
- Use a tool like ext2read to grab the audio files from system.ext4 - they will be in /media/audio
