Lollipop Xposed? - P8lite General

What is the best version for lollipop, that doesn't cause any problems?( Like crashing when calling, etc...)

The best IMHO is the systemless version
So magisk + xposed is the best and stable conf

Xposed in Ressurection Remix

Hi guys!
I flashed Ressurection like 2 days ago and would like install xposed.
What i was wondering is what version of xposed i should use.
Seeing as there is one version of xposed for mi5 miui and then there is the "global" version of xposed.
I am 95% sure that i should use the "global" or normal version on RR since it's not MIUI, but i just wanna make sure.
Thanks!
Resurrection is CM13 based, no?
Then you can flash the standard version of Xposed (ver 86.)
MIUI requires a modded version of Xposed because Xiaomi modify the Android base code so much.
FWIW, I'm on CM13 and flashed this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811

Magisk and Android 7

Hello,
I did not update my phone to android 7 (nougat) only for lack of xposed support for it. I want to know if I root nougat rom with magisk, then install thee latest systemless xposed in it , whether it will work in Android 7 rom.
Kindly help me
No.
Xposed is not compatible with nougat, systemless or not.

There's no Xposed (nor will ever be?) for Nougat. Most of us can achieve the same results for the stuff we had in Xposed, perhaps a custom ROM or even some Magisk module.

How do I install Xposed on a stock ROM?

Here are my details:
Google Pixel
Android Pie
Stock
Bootloader unlocked
I know thatXposed does not support Pie yet. So, I am willing to install Edxposed, instead, or any other fork of Xposed for Pie.
So, how do I install it? Do I download the stock ROM and modify it somehow?
All I really want is Xprivacy, so if anyone also knows of anything else like it for Pie and any custom ROM that includes said alternative, then please tell me what they are (alternative to Xposed and Pie ROM that includes it).

Installation of edxposed is done through magisk.
They are not in the download section of the magisk repo and have to be installed manually in the modules menu with the + button. You will need the 2 files to flash in magisk + the exposed installer from this thread.
If it works you will need xprivacylua ( not xprvacy) which Marcel is currently working on to improve for pie with I believe edxposed.

As for any other xposed versions for pie I have not heard of any others
Note: edxposed does not work for me on my s8 yet so I am not sure about your pixel.
I can confirm that EdXposed works on Pixel, I have it installed.
Like how @spawnlives said, the installation process is simple enough.
Just be careful what modules you install, a lot of them is not compatible yet and you could end in a bootloop and have to uninstall the modules via twrp.
I suggest you to read the list of compatible modules here.
If you're interested in a privacy module, looks like xprivacylua is already compatible with EdXposed.

I don't think it's so much the phone as the operating system. Xposed works (depending) up to and including Oreo. In general. Whether it works on any particular device or ROM is something else.
For Android Pie one would look at using EdXposed. I don't do Pie so can't say much about that.
Essential PH-1, /e/ 0.6-n ROM, microG (NoGapps), XDA Legacy
EdXposed (for Pie) works really well. At least for me, it runs much more stable than the latest beta for Oreo of 'official' Xposed ever did.
Concerning the question in general:
Xposed is geared towards AOSP. So it works better on Roms built very close to it. (I never had a problem with custom roms)
Heavy modified Roms (eg. MIUI, Samsung) tend to create more problems than others

Best alternative to flash a rom?

Hello, what is the best alternative I have to have my p9. I would like to install magisk, viper4android, auinur etc. I do not know if there is a better one than another for this goal or it would be better to sock. Thanks and regards.

There is no problem to flash Magisk, just install TWRP for P9 EMUI 5.1 (supposing you are on stock Nougat - I don't consider you are stuck with Marshmallow) and follow Magisk instructions
If you want V4A, better go for custom ROM Magic Rainbow v4, it comes with integrated Magisk and V4A (AFAIK, V4A as Magisk module or ZIP installation will not work, but with MR v4 you get all in a package, fully working).
MR v4 is basically stock Nougat ROM, debloated, rooted and enhanced:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/rom-huawei-p9-magicrainbow-v4-t3759292
You can also rebrand to AL10 and install Oreo b540, root it by Magisk (V4A will not work, but there is pretty useful JamesDSP as Magisk module, working fine), etc (and from there you can even flash Treble AOSP Oreo ROMs):
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/rebrand-update-tool-hwota7-p9-eva-t3820849
But you must make decision yourself. What is best for somebody else might not be for you, or vice versa
