[Q] Voice dial using handsfree bluetooth

Hello,
I bought the app for voice dialing Voice Speed ​​Dial. It looks very good. You want to use the voice dialing via BT HF (via the button), but unfortunately I still starts with Voice and when you turn it off, so I started Google.
I would please ask you how you can nastvit it to run directly Voice Speed ​​Dial? Calmly, even if off or uninstall Google search with Voice - just do not use these applications.

[Q] Problem with google voice, while answering a call on xperia z

Dear xda community,
i recently bought an xperia z, and i have a problem that i tried everything, searched everything, googled everything, and can't find a solution.
Problem:
whenever i get a call on my phone, a voice *lets call it google voice for example*, a voice read the name of the caller, and in case the caller wasn't a contact on my phonebook, the *voice* narrates the number.
this also happen when i receive a test message.
one of the functions i disabled are:
- Talkback OFF (location: accessibility)
- Text to speech output (there is no key to disable it) (location accessibility)
i tried to change the engine from "google text-to-speech english" to "Pico TTS" the problem remained.
- Personal Language and input -
a- i disabled speel checker (although it has nothing to do with it)
b- keyboard and input methods (left to default)
c- UNCHECKED google voice typing (the voice remained)
but left xperia keyboad checked
d- Speech Voice Search
unchecked all 3 (block offensive words - hotwords detectoin - bluetooth headset ) *i know i know it has nothing to do with it, at the time i was depressingly trying everything*
e- Speech output *only when hands-free
f......
i have no clue how to fix it... do you?

Try going to settings then accessibity and makes sure talkback is off, or go into talkback and disable speak caller Id

If you use google voice, try talkatone.
I am using this app with google voice without a problem.

[Q] Z1s & Google Voice app calling problem.

Since I got my Z1s a few weeks back I've had an issue with the Google Voice app and the Z1s native phone dialer.
I have always setup the google voice app to ask me everytime I make a call whether I want it to go through google voice or not.
If I set Google voice to "ask every time I make a call" whether to choose between calling through google voice or through the stock dialer, then I cannot use the stock dialer to make a call.
The call simply does not happen and the screen goes back into the dialer as though I had not tried to make a call at all.
The only way I can have the google voice app allow the stock dialer to make calls is to set google voice to "do not use google voice to make calls".
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
I did not have this problem on my previous phone (Xperia Z).
I am on the stock 4.4.4 ROM, rooted and deodexed, if that helps.

[Q] Google Voice Input?

Hi,
coming from the MotoX to the Z3 compact, I am missing the Voice Input. On the MotoX, I enabled "Google Voice Input" in the Keyboard settings. A little microphone key apeared on the Google Keyboard to start voice typing. On the Z3c, I cannot find Google Voice Input, and I cannot find it in the Play Store. Is there any possibility to download Google Voice Input to the Z3c, or is there any other app that works the same way? I don't wanna loose the Google Keyboard, because I like it more than any other keboard....

It's basically the same way on the Z3C.
Goto "Settings" -> "Language & Input" and you should see three (3) keyboards:
1.) Chinese
2.) Xperia
3.) Goggle Voiceinput
Obviously, #3 has to be ticked/enabled, else it won't work. After that, tap on the settings symbol (this screwdriver&wrench icon) right to #2 (the Xperia keyboard), scroll down and tick checkbox "Key for Google Voice Typing". That gets you the little microphone key.

Yepp, that were my thoughts, though, but i dont have Google voice input in that list on my z3c.

Install Google Keyboard, set it as default keyboard, problem solved.

As mentioned in first post, I use Google Keyboard as default.
Nevertheless, I found the issue. It seems like Google Voice Input is part of Google Search, what was disabled by me to check the influence on the battery. With Google Search enabled, I can enable Google Voice Input.

[Q] Google Voice with Sony dialer?

So, I received a Z3 Compact the other day. I really like this phone, but the phone will not call out via my GV number. Has anyone had any luck using GV with the Sony Dialer?
I use the Hangouts dialer now when I can, but there are still situations where I need to make a normal cellular call (and using the voice commands on the phone always goes to the stock dialer).
