[Q] Partition Internal SD w/o Re-flash ROM?

Hey there,
I have a Galaxy S I9000T outright from Telstra. I was so glad to find a Froyo/Android2.2 ROM on SamFirmware that supports Arabic very well (my native language, most ROMs don't support it well), and the upgrade also brought slightly better performance, etc..
However, since the I9000T model had only 8 GB internal SD, I also bought another 8GB SD to use as external (I don't save a lot of files saved on the phone, mostly browsing and tweeting and having few files playlist usually replaced quick).
Now, I notice the internal SD is something like 1.5+ GB used for phone storage and 5.5+ GB available to me to use. I no longer need that. Would love to increase the phone storage part to take up most if not all the internal SD storage (you know not all apps are available to move to external SD, plus it's annoying when I mount it to my computer for storage).
I know I won't be really removing it (to allow place for future use of update.zip) but at least make it as small as 1.x GB and give the rest space to phone storage.
Can I shrink the other internal SD partition (the one I can access without rooting) and increase the root phone storage without having to re-flash my happy already-configured ROM and losing any apps, etc... ?

I've looked through the forums but don't seem to find a definite answer. I have a rooted (with towelroot) Xperia V, with latest official nordic update.
So as we know, the big problem with Xperia V is that no matter how big external SD card you have, you cannot install APK's on it, making you run out of space real quick. The 2GB internal extended memory shows as "SD Card" to most software and the installers. Also, many apps don't let you explicitly define the location for file saves, so the 2GB will be used for caching etc on many occasions. Moving software to "SD card" in app settings as you would normally do on Android actually just moves between the internal extended memory and phone memory, but not the actual SD card.
I want to install my APK's on the SD card, and only keep minimum stuff on the internal 2GB. How do I do this? Can I make the phone not use the 2GB and instead use the 32 gig SD card I have in my phone? Can I somehow move the already installed apps to the actual SD card as well, or do I have to reinstall them?

Use of sd-ext partition to increase available space?

Does anyone have a working mounts2sd/link2sd/apps2sd solution for the Moto G 2014? I have a freshly formatted good quality 16Gb card with a 3gb Ext4 partition but no matter what script or app I try I can't get additional /data space. Moving apps to SD Card in Settings>Apps is completely pointless as it moves them to the internal /sdcard, not to the external one so you get absolutely zero gain in internal space. I have used mounts2sd on several older phones before but nothing recently as I've always had 32Gb phones, but now my son has this phone and he's run out of app space already! Any help would be greatly appreciated. He's running the latest Oxygen 5.0.2 ROM with Pinkman kernel iirc.
Also as an aside, is there a kernel for his phone with working s2w/dt2w?

If you downgrade 4.4 you can install xposed and obb to SD this allows you to move big game data (in sdcard0/android/obb) apps to your SD card but xposed only works on 4.4 and below

Thanks for the reply. I did look at that but I'm not a fan of the whole principle behind Xposed, plus I like Android 5.0 too much to switch back. That's why I'm looking for a working solution.

Hello I am wondering is it possible to use cm11 on my galaxy ace and at the same time to use my sd card second partition as phone internal storage for apps but I do mean like litteraly as internal storage and not using apps like app2sd end etc..
I mean like Ultimatum mod
I am using Ultimatum mod on my ace right now but it only offers cm7 if I am not mistaking..
I would like to use cm11 or cm10 or any better more stable cm and this kind of kernel which allowes me to use sd 2nd partition as phone internal storage is that possible?
So what I basicly want is android kit kat or even better lolilop combined with option to use sd card partition as phone internal memory
Or if you know any rom which is EXTRA stable and lag free which can supply me with my need to have 2nd sd card partition as my phone internal storage so I can have ton of apps

Can I use External SD as Internal Storage for Apps?

I have been using Z3C for more than 2 years. I have 64gb MicroSD card and I'd like to get rid of storage problems by using this card as internal data storage.
Currently I'm using OmniRom and Settings > Storage shows that I'm using 13,25GB out of 16,00 GB available space.
I don't want to buy a new phone. I have installed TWRP as well, if it helps.
Any suggestions?

if you already root why aren't you use exposed & if i'm not mistake on custom rom (start on MM) the adoptable storage is work (though not on all custom rom available)
i haven't tried on Omni & CR Droid rom since my z3c docomo always had error & softbricked everytime i flash those rom, so i'm stuck on Existence MM+Exposed framework (Marsmallow SD Fix + XInternalSD Module) most of my apps goes external now
