I recently switched to the beta firmware.
Have been having trouble with connecting to wifi AND Mobil data internet.
It just seems to drop connectivity randomly and then not reconnect.
Anyone else?

When my Milestone connects to Wifi sometimes other devices in that same network seem to lose connection. This is even more likely to happen when downloading files or apps from google play.
When I disconnect the Phone from the network all other devices are reconnected.
Im running CM7.2.1, is also (i think less frequently) happened with CM7.2.0.
I have no special Wifi-settings. Everything is Auto. Wifi is encrypted with WPA2.
Does anyone have similar issues or knows how to fix this?
Last weekend I have connected 2 Samsung's (Galaxy S II) to the same network (dedicated 2.4GHz SSID for my mobile) as my Millestone (CM7.2.1) and all tree started to drop and reconnect continously for several hours, as the router (Netgear WNDR3700 running customized OpenWRT) started bringing the whole interface down and up. When I 'moved' my Milestone to other network all issues have gone ....
I am not sure if the issue has been related to a wrong network/router configutation/firmware or to the Samsung mobiles or finally to the Millestone soft/radio
I've been having an issue with the WiFi connection lately. I have it configured for always on if connected on suspension.
But in the last few days I've picked my phone after leaving it like an hour and it's on LTE and the WiFi turns on. The WiFi connection was always on because I was using it with no problems on a laptop.
Is someone having this problem? I've searched but the only post I find is someone having the opposite problem.
I'm running stock 5.1 no root.
Anyone else having issues?
I mean why can't I just turn a new phone on followed by turning on wifi and connecting to my known network without issues. I'm finding myself googling the f* out of wifi connection problems related to the Note 5.
Am I alone here or are others just as frustrated with wifi connections as I.

Beats me. My wifi is working fine. I added my network, haven't touched it since. Netgear r8000 router, connected on the 5ghz band.
No issues with my WiFi on my T-Mobile Note 5.
You might want to check out WiFi manager.
That App would probably help with your issues.

I had WiFi issues on the first setup ..would find the network and connect and disconnect automatically . since I got the phone 1 week automatically go. . there have been 2 updates here in Singapore. . now all the bugs have been fixed including the WiFi issue
Hi everyone!
I'm currently facing an unusual problem with my Mi A2. It happens only while sharing internet through WiFi hotspot.
The problem is, when I share my cellular internet through WiFi hotspot, suddenly & randomly the screen (not the phone) goes off & locked and cellular network drops and it shows "No service". Immediately after that when I press the power button to turn on the screen, I can see that the network is being searched by the phone and restored within a minute. Sometimes this happens too frequently.
I'm currently on Android Pie with February security update and both the SIMs are turned on and belongs to the same operator (Grameen Phone).
Does anybody have faced this issue? Or, what might be the root cause behind this problem or suggestions for fixing this issue are appreciated highly.
Thanks in advance!
Hey guys,
Running xiaomi.eu 20.3.19
Wifi tells me that i hasnt connection to the internet. But, in fact, it has.
I can browse the web for about 5 minutes. Then it switches to mobile data. Any idea how to figure out that problem?
