I take it then you can't on tasker? The reason I'm asking is because I don't want to pay for titantum backup pro (to use the cloud feature).

Tasker can do anything. Wait for other people to reply. Just my suggestion, Titanium Backup is worth all the money and very convenient.

[Q] unfreeze not working

I froze the fm radio a while back and now want to unfreeze it, but the app I used to freeze it doesn't seem to be able to unfreeze it (my backup pro).
Any advice on how to force the unfreeze?

You could backup your old apps by using astro file manager. I know that once the apps is running in your system even you use just one account it will still update all apps thats installed in your phone.

This its considered piracy and xda Supports developers.. So re buy your apps

you can contact google play support, If you can prove to them both accounts are yours they probably have an admin that can transfer ownership.
I can imagine this situation occurs realistically often so they must have some protocal or procedure to legally transfer.
Anyway I think thats your best shot.

Whats the problem with free apps? Re download. .
Usind 3rd party apps to hack paid apps from an account to another its piracy..
What makes sense for you does not make sense for google... As there its over 160 millions android users in that scale imagine the needed resources to transfer apps from accounts to people who "changed id" it plain wont happen

50 app? come on it would take you like a hour tops, if your cant be bothered to just reinstall the apps then its just not going to happen there is no other way to move the apps.
Your best bet would be to Titanium backup all the apps you want to keep, remove the account you no longer want then reinstall the apps job done

[APP] titanium backup, can I select multiple apps in one go

Seems titanium backup is the most frequently recommended app for backup, but fare as I can tell (and I did try Google), there is no way of selecting multiple apps on one go. What I would like was to simply mark all the apps I want backed up, then select go. Now it seems I have to do one app after the other, wait for it to be backed up, then go on to the next app. That takes some time with a few dozen apps. Is theft a way of selecting multiple apps, pro version or normal?

With the paid version, you can select multiple apps as you are wanting to do.

Just use batch mode. Paid version does this automatically, non paid one asks You to install the app.

Any good Backup utilities like HTC Backup?

One thing I miss about the HTC One is that it could sync to drop box or drive and backup my phone app and settings , even file folders and apps that were in them would go back in their right full place.
Has samsung done anything similar? I believe Kiev doesn't backup data and TouchWiz settings.

"Keis" is what he meant i believe, I have used Keis when i had unrooted stock and if i remember correctly it only backs up user data from the internal "Media" folder. however, titanium backup or helium are two really good alternatives and helium (if you by the paid version) allows backup to the cloud.
I personally use titanium backup, and it works great. I had to invest a little time to configure it exactly what I wanted, but now I am worry free in regards to the APKs, as I know I have good backups.
Easybackup is free and works great, cloud backup too (gets data backed up if you are rooted).

How does one backup SMS/MMS to a computer from the S5?

Hello all!
I was wondering if anyone knew how to backup SMS/MMS messages to a computer from the Galaxy S5 without a root? I know it's doable with TitaniumBackup when rooted, but I can't seem to find a way that doesn't cost $40 from some random application online.
Thanks!
You can try My Backup Pro. You backup to phone, cloud, then copy to PC.
