Hey guys I posted a leak a little while ago about free note 2 now its official classic plans get the note 2 initial payment back and value plans get the down payment back I called t-mobile to verify that the note 2 was included as it does not say in the link. I bought mine a few days ago l, and they will still give me the deal because I have a 14 day return policy so its easy http://www.tmonews.com/2012/11/t-mobile-announces-two-day-samsung-sale-for-november-16th-17th/

A person in the market thread posted his order and it showed he ordered 7 on the 13th he claims that they were for presents but who knows. Anyway after all the high priced ebay items i was hoping there would be a limit and google came through. It seems if you ordered 2 the first round you couldnt order the same variant 8 or 16 from the same account. So a single account could technically order 4 phones. Another article stated that those who ordered more than 2 would only be shipped 2. Has this happened to anyone? Did you really need more than 2? I for one hope a lot over ebayers got their plans foiled with this one.
Too little too late.
If they could get enough stock in the play store none of these greedy sellers would be able to mark up prices so much.
sent via xda premium with nexus 7 while waiting for my back ordered Nexus 4!

From now on, all new threads in the Nexus 4 General section related to shipping, back orders, Google customer service, or ANYTHING else related to ordering/receiving your N4 from the Play Store will be closed without notice. Use the main shipping thread found here, or use one of the existing backorder or country-specific threads.

I don't see anything in the Samsung rebate terms regarding how long I have to keep the Note 4, so now that my rebate has finally been approved, is there any reason to wait before selling it? For reasons I have posted before, I want to go back to a Note 3.
I'd also love to see a discussion started on the best deals, and ways to stack offers.
anyway, here's the deal Samsung is offering, if you owned a Note 7, and signed into a Samsung account on it, using your old email address you'll get a special "fan appreciation" offer.
(They will want you to trade in a phone still)
https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/note7loyalty/Mobile
another thing for Note 7 users, if you still have your Note 7, (as I do) you can still return your Note 7 for full price, plus a discount insensitive towards your next Samsung phone.

(if anyone knows how this works with phones bought from 3rd party vendors like Clove or eBay, please share your experience)

Duplicate thread.
Already a thread about this made days ago in the News and discussion forum....
what's the link to that other thread?
I clicked on that loyalty link, they didn't required my proof of purchase on note7. maybe they already have my info when I returned note7 on the recall. I bought my note7 on swappa. com kinda like eBay.
I just ordered att note8 for 573$ total with taxes and shipping included. I trade in my old freedompop iphone5 for 200 off. former note7 user get another 225 off.
If you used the same email on that link that you used when you bought and or returned your Note 7, they will already have your info. That being said, they are giving $425 and I did not see a place to return the Note 7 for the $425 although in another thread someone said if you call Samsung you can get them to allow you to return the Note 7 if you still have it.
Australia are thinking about honoring the discount. I called them the other day to ask and they rang back to confirm my details and said there would be an announcement soon. Hopefully they will finally give back to the Aussies who were burned (literally) by the Note7 debacle. But im not holding my breath if anything it will be a token effort.
Samsung is a friggin joke - the exchange and recall was a catastrophe in Germany (I had to wait until end of December to get my money back) and they offer 0 benefits for Note 7 owners. Nothing, nada.
I find this behaviour seriously terrible, not only did the consumers in the US get a goodie for their trouble with the Note 7 (we got NONE - yet I had to drive to the post office several times and had to take time off from work to get the damn thing picked up, twice).
I am not sure if I will buy a Note 8 again from this crappy company, not after many of us here got shafted without a any kind of appreciation or sorry from their side.

Same in the UK. Not many made it to Europe so I would have thought it would be a great way for cheap good will. But alas nothing.
Yeh, thats what I would have done, but Samsung values US customers a lot higher than European customers.
Well as I thought Samsung in Australia have only offered a token refund of $250 but only to people who purchased directly through Samsung. Aparently I dont qualify because I bought it from a carrier (Telstra) AND TELSTRA are completely ignoring their customers and are offering NOTHING to replace the handset when previously they were giving an inferior S7 for them. Im not happy at all with Telstra they are being SCUM about it.
If you are thinking of joining read terms and conditions very carefully I previously had a Note 4 joined to upgrade to a Note 7 however it was withdrawn before I could get one so was offered an S8+ as the Note 8 would not be available for a few months I took that and after 12 months was told could upgrade to an S9+ really liked having the stylus so thought no I will wait till the Note 9, so when its release date was announced I applied only to be told you can only upgrade like for like and as it was more than 13 months since I purchased my phone I was no longer eligible to upgrade at all basically it means if Samsung bring out a new phone 13 months after you buy your phone from them you cant upgrade to it!!! Now I could have bought into this if it was a no cost upgrade but its not you are terminating one agreement and taking a new one out for another 24 months. I would be interested to know anyone's thoughts on this is it just me that thinks this is a bit of backward marketing or am I just being grumpy?

Just you mate. [emoji16] Lol. Take the phone you have and sell it to pay it off and then buy the one you want. No big deal.

The upgrade allows you to pay the phone off and leave it at anytime. Just do that and rejoin the note 9 one.
It's 0pc , so nothing to lose.
This is why I have 2 contracts for the Samsung Upgrade Program one for the S range and one the Note range.
I then upgrade straight after the new device has been announced.
That way every 6 months I have a new flagship device.
Have been doing that for the last 4 years.
