screen goes off

I have an annoying problem, everytime i phone someone my screen switches off after 1 sec or so and also when someone is calling it stays off - i remember there was a thread somewhere with this problem but cant find it..running romow 7.5. is there a fix for this?

turn it off, then charge it. when it shows the charging indicator you can turn it back on, should be fine.

Where is turned screen off option on note 8

Please suggest me where is turned screen off option on note 8. This option keep AOD off when phone is in your pocket and helpful for saving battery.
