Display text on scene in vertical but rotated? - Tasker Tips & Tricks

I was searching for an answer but not luck. What I want is to show the text element of a scene in vertical mode, but rotated like (Texto1, Texto2):
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there any trick for that?

I'm not aware of a way to rotate the text nor the orientation of the box. A hack occurs to me but it won't be feasible if you are creating the text on the fly.
If it's fixed text, create an image to use as a background in the scene element.

HI, thanks for the reply.
What you have wrote was not exactly what I was looking for because as you said, I need to display daynamic text. But I just found the solution and works like a charm: editing TTF fonts, but the edited font will be needed to be used it in Tasker.

SPB Time 2.2.2 disable to go into screensaver during calls

How?
Though SPB time has the option to disable the screensaver for particular programs it goes into the screensaver during phone calls. I do not see "phone" anywhere on the phone or list of programs inside SPB Time ... so how can I disable the screensaver during calls?
Is this what you have disabled? But you are saying the screen saver still comes on during a phone call?

Nope, different, see attached screen shots (especially the second one).
Question is basically what's the filename of the "phone" task to be added to the excluded file list.

Disabling larger Square EDGE/3G/HSDPA Icon

Ok, so I just flashed Dutty's 4/29 rom not too long ago.
So far it has been great. But I have one thing I would like to change.
The signal icon at the top of the screen integrates the G/E/3G/H indicator for data. Is there a way to disable the larger Square G/E/3G/H indicator next to that? I feel there is no need to have both, and the less clutter at the top the better.
Here is a screenshot with the icon in question highlighted in the red box:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Normally I would search, but I did not know what to call that icon, and searching "disable data icon" did not get me where I wanted to go.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Also on a related note....
Is there a way to seperate out the multiple notifications.
For example if you get an email notification and a missed call, rather than having seperate icons across the top for each, you get a "notifications icon" that you have to click on which pops up the seperate icons:
Is there a way to seperate those out by default?
Anybody have any suggestions?
As far as i know thats not possible..

ColorSplash???

Is there any WinMo software/application similar to the Iphone ColorSplash application out there? If so, what is called and does anyone have feedback on it?
C.!
Im looking for an app similar or just like this for winmo as well. I know that winmo devices dont utilize the multi touch, but a program similar to this would be dope. Heres a little video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xwehbr3MRyQ
Thanks
I fail to see the purpose behind this "cool" app, but for example Pocket Artist can achieve the same effect and much much more.
Just duplicate your picture layer, make the top layer B/W and create a mask, select the mask and paint areas you want to have original color with black (these areas will be transparent so you will be able to see the colorful layer beneath). You get exactly the same result and stylus gives you much more precission than a thumb so you can get color to much smaller areas without zooming in by 1600%.
Any if you want to be just cool, tell me what is cooler - an app to make "colorfuls" in your mobile OR a portable mobile photoshop with almost all the great features and tools as the PC/MAC counterparts
EDIT: I am adding an example I made.
Only the sign and back lights of the cars have color

Ok, it can't quite be universal Star Trek style, but it seems to me to be somewhat plausible based on my admittedly limited knowledge of the components involved.
Android is capable of voice recognition and text to speech... can that be tied into something like the Babelfish engine?
Let's say I'm visiting Belgium. Basically, I speak into my phone in English. Speech recognition turns that into text and sends it off to Babelfish for translation to French. The French text returns from Babelfish to the phone. Text to speech then turns that into spoken French for the Belgian shopkeeper to hear. His reply goes through a reverse process for me to hear in English.
Now, text to speech, speech recognition, and Babelfsh are all far from perfect and having multiple passes through them may just lead to incomprehensible crazytalk about Space Squids instead of my baguette question, but I thought the idea was worth at least throwing out there for the community to roll around in their collective minds.
EDIT: It's already out there. Search the market for Talk To Me

[REQ] Help with writing words on a dock

So i want to write BRWSR and GAMES on the second and fourth dock icon space of the pictured dock (third being the app launcher). I have absolutely no skills with this sort of stuff so im hoping you folks can help me out
I am providing the dock image as well as the desired font (senoe ui light to match mattedblues theme). Ideally the text would be enclosed within the dock margin and still be legible (hopefully the dock isnt too narrow).
This is my first time linking an image or my dropbox so hopefully i linked them correctly. A million thanks in advance! Sorry if this isn't the kind if post that goes in this section.

if your using an adw launcher you can dload an app called text icon creator. it allows you to fully edit color, size, font +. if your not i cant imagine that there wouldnt be other app options capable of the same kind of editing. hope this helps
simple text is another good one
