hi,
we have around 250 XDA2i's on O2 sims. Every now and then our users complain that the camera stops working. we find that the camera shortcut in appbuttons keeps dissappearing. Any ideas why this happens?
After posting on Sony's website and didn't get a reply...
1. I can't send/receive files through file explorer via WiFi Direct, just like how I did on my Galaxy Tab :/
I am unable to use WiFi direct to send or receive files, just like my friends who are using Galaxy S3 Then... what's the point of having WiFi direct?
2. When I went to settings>display>brightness and i ticked "adapt to lighting conditions"
the brightness of the screen doesn't change even if I turn off the light in my room and when I turn on the lights Initially, I thought there wasn't any light sensor for my Xperia V, which I think was impossible. So I went to check out the Xperia V's White Paper-> http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/lt25i/whitepaper_EN_lt25i_xperia_v.pdf
and I read till "** There is no API for the light sensor" on page 6. Does that means, the light sensor won't be working? :/ Even if I want to use some sensor apps found on the market, most of the apps, can't detect my phone has a light sensor
when I use app to detect the "lux" of the lighting, the app will say "no sensor" detected
bump for the day
1. Is there any apps there is able to take photos while recording? Just like how the Samsung User and HTC user are able to?
2. Any tips on achieving best photos on Xperia V? Like external apps
3. How to improve the battery life of a newly purchased phone?
4. By activating Sony Bravia Engine 2, will it drained battery?
5. How to send/receive files via WiFi direct like how my two friends with SIII did?
6. Does the light sensor on Xperia V works?

Hey Guys (and Girls?)
Again a problem with my z3 compact. The proximity switch sensor only seems to be working for a short while after a reboot. I do the prox. test in the service menu and it stays on OFF, no matter what I do. I then reboot the z3 compact and do the service test again and bingo it works and the screen goes black during phonecalls (now it stays on all the time).
I did this experiment now 3 times so it's definitely a software issue and I just installed a fresh stock Lollipop 5.1.1 a few days ago! Never had this problem with my z3 compact.
Any ideas??
