[Q] HTC One restarting on htc boot screen

Hi everyone, this is my firtstime posting here, always iI find a solution reading the old post but not at this time. I have htc one international (no carrier), this morning i wake up and the phone wont turn on, just make loop booting on htc screen. I try recovery, factory reset and nothing working. So the only way to fix is trying to flash a stock rom but i cant find ruu for this Htc one. Details:

If you still have it under warranty you might want to check that first.

[Q] HTC ONE M7 stuck in bootloop

I'll try to make a long story short,

I've unlocked my bootloader and rooted my phone and somehow the system was wiped, so after 3 days i finally reloaded ViperOne 3.5.0 through otg/usb,
The phone now just keeps going through the white screen (htc quietly brilliant) and just keeps rebooting....... So i can see two problems for myself.
1) I don't know how to upgrade TWRP from 2.6.1.0.to 2.6.3.3 ( which could be a part of my problem
2) I don't know how to gain S-OFF, I'm not real good at cmd on a computer so if a member with some patience can help me i would appreciate it very much.

I am not able to move forward from bootloader screen to make S-off and HTC india does not have this OS version 5.52.703.105 to flash
I can not change the CID without S-Off
Please help me my phone is kind of dead

HTC One 802W Bricked

Hello All,
Being a Newbie in Android Roms, i have always been a big time HTC fan and being so this is my 3rd HTC Phone which i bought from a friend from China.
I have been reading a few threads for updating Custom ROM for my HTC and following the process i unlocked the bootloader followed by adding custom recovery (Philz Recovery). To root the same i copied the files to Sd card but during the process the phone restarted and stuck up in boot loop. Nevertheless i don't know how it happened but now the phone is not starting anyways.
I'm herewith writing down the details for the same below:

Problem with S-OFF on HBoot 1.54

Hello to everyone!
Iam in big trouble with my htc m7 and I want some to help me here! I know that everything is possible..
The real problem is that when I install CM12.1 rom after a while the phone restart it self and then I loose my IMEI, Baseband version etc. and doesn't work with SIM card.. Yes, all of that information has removed after some time. WHY ?
So I think that I need to get S-OFF to fix this problem or maybe someone will give me better solution ???
The phone has Unlocked bootloader.
I try any method and also with "rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0" to get S-OFF on CM 12.1 installed rom, but gives me error... I try with Guru reset- nope. I try some RUU-nope.
Is there any idea to fix my phone back to stock ?
Also, you can look that my CID is from google, but that is no original because the phone was S-OFF before and someone has mess with trying to install some radio and somehow they loose S-OFF and now has changed CID etc...
But, like I said, If I did not have any problems with loosing my IMEI, Baseband version, then I would be happy!
