Is the bootloader locked? If it's locked try to repair it with pcc.

thanks, i did that and sony pcC says " no new software update for your device" :/
i flash many .FTF's and the XZ make a bootstall but that's all
any other solution?
Try to repair it using SEUS or Flashtools, i think SEUS is best solution. It looks like you need to wipe all your user or system data, because it's not just bootloop. Just download this awesome tool, connect your phone in flashmode and if there is no new update just tick repair and let it be.

Try it with Sony Update Service. That should work. Just download the program on the Sony website.

It's probably hw problem. If you still have warranty take it to the repair center.
What if you flash the last rom where it did work.

can flastool be used without rooting?
Hello,
I need your help: I've got a Sony Xperia SP. It freezes very frequently and to reboot it, I need to swipe the back cover and push the reset button.
This problem happens very often but randomly.
Even during a call or searching a phone number in my contacts.
I'm in version 4.3 and my Xperia SP's model number is C5303.
Have you got a fix or any solution to solve this issue ?
Thanks !
Aymeric

if you have original stock firmware you can do it via PC Companion , if you cant do it for any reason then do it with flashtool
just download . ftf file ( cca 800 MB) and find some tutorial on youtube if you do it with flashtool , but i can recommend you to install some costum rom becuse there is a lot of benefits you should use becuse XSP have very good specifications
if you have any q just ask and some1 will help
My device after flashing another ROM from XperiFirm started crashing and restarting constantly, also I can't connect to Wifi/Data/Bluetooth.
Try customised UK, the IBE or Italy.
Hey, I'm facing the same problem and tried the firmwares you mentioned but none of them worked.
Regarding the 190510.001-10073 Firmware versions: I could flash them with newflasher but in the boot process it only stucks on the xperia logo and reboots after some time. Do you have any further advice how to handle this issue?

I tried repairing it, but sadly the issue hasn't been resolved.
Do you have any further ideas? Any help is appreciated...
Edit:
The Companion put the 52.1.A.3.137-R5C firmware on it. Because It doesn't show the CID, I can't say exactly which one it is.

So the pc companion does not solved your problem? I think this is a hardware issue.
