Hey. My Xperia T (LT30p) runs LineageOS 14.1-20180630-NIGHTLY-mint. When my phone go into sleep after configured time or by pressing power button, it crashes: no adb access possible, I can't ping it. The only way to get the phone working again is to shutdown by press Power+Volume Up. The problem doesn't exist, when I charge the phone.
* the verbose logcat log from the moment, when I press the power button till it crash away: pastebin.com/raw/sTTGUbU0

* the verbose logcat log from the moment, when I activate it again while phone is charging: pastebin.com/raw/Usk3K99j
May anyone see something I don't see?
(Sorry, because this is my first post, I can't link the pastebin-urls.)
same issue, adoptable storage
I have a similar problem, and I manage to narrow it down to the adoptable storage. When I configure my SD card as internal memory, the phone will behave exactly the same as yours. Formatting it back to "portable" storage, it stops failing.
Any updates on your side?
I have the same problem with Xperia T and LineageOS 15.1-20190724-nightly-mint.
I cannot use the SD card as internal memory because the phone crashes when it enters in sleep mode. It only works well when I'm using the SD card as portable storage.
Any ideas?

hi guys I'm having hard problems with my newly bought gadget. Here's the list TIA.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 Problems/Issues
Model#: SM-T815Y
Android Version: 5.0.2
1. random hanging 3x-10x/day depends on usage.
problem: hanging that leads to black display screen and the lights of the 2 soft touch button beside the home button is ON.
temporary solution: soft reset -> press the power button+volume down for atleast 10secs
or until boot up screen shows up.
1a. random hanging usually happens
-when downloading or opening something in the Playstore.
-exploring the settings of the gadget.
NOTE: I noticed that it happens frequently when clicking/using apps
that is related to its Internal Memory.(eg. problem#2)
NOTE: Happened since the 1st time of usage/exploring.
2. Calculating the Size of the Applications
problem 1: it keeps saying computing even after 30mins of leaving the screen.
temporary solution: unmount sd card>remove sd card>insert sd card.
problem 2: can't clear cache of an application.
temporary solution: need to restart the gadget for it to take effect.
3. Auto Restart then it didn't boot up properly. It only stayed in Samsung Screen.
4. After charging I open the tab and it always says safe to remove SD card when I check in settings sd card was not detected.
happens everytime I charge the tab and open it from being shutdown.
5. everytime i restart or shutdown>powerOn the tablet extreme lagging is happening especially when doing something in Settings afterwards a dialog "Touch Wiz app has stopped" is always popping up.
NOTE: try to open the internet browser then close it you will notice the slow exiting execution of the browser.
Any suggestions on how to permanently fix these problems?
Is it Software or the gadget it self is the main problem?
Many Many THANKS cheers~
All these problems could easily be related to a bad SD card. Take it out for a couple of days and see how it goes.

I have a question for though who has the 9.7 version.
I have a situation with the main home button and the sleep/wake up button, it may not be a problem, but just the way it was made, when you press the home button and the sleep/wake up button while the tablet is locked in the right side some colorful lines apperas for approx. 0,1 s. Can someone help me with this?
Anyone else have issues with the Galaxy Tab S2 bowing and the screen lifting?
Hello,
I port Ubuntu touch for LG L90 Dual and other derivatives. Currently, I'm trying to debug CPU lockup problem that appears when the system is going to suspend. The symptom is that when I placed the phone for a while, the phone will sometimes not respond to the power button. Very rarely, the phone will respond to the power button after a few seconds, which will place some log in kernel ring buffer that a CPU lockup occurs. Unfortunately, I've lost those logs. If not, I have to reset the phone by holding the power button and losing all log in kernel ring buffer, including /proc/last_kmsg.
This problem appears when I make the system run init.zetaw.post_boot.sh when the system finished booting. For those who don't familiar, this script makes final settings for CPU governor and power saving features.
I've tried searching for debugging interfaces for this device on Google but found nothing. I would like to ask if there's any debugging port on this device. Like, UART port of something similar. Or if anyone have any technique for this problem, please tell me.
Thank you.
Until recently, my HD+ has continued to labor on almost flawlessly since converting over to full Android quite some time ago. It is currently running v5.1.1/CM 12.1-20151018 Ovation.
In the last two months it has started to simply not boot up (even while fully charged) unless I plug it in. Even then, it takes several minutes before it boots. I can get it to reboot while unplugged, but if I fully shut it off by holding down the power button, it will not restart unless I plug it in again.
Have had to go to holding the power button down for full shutoff as it also will spontaneously reboot if you select power off from the menu.
As it has not exhibited any issues until now, I am clueless as to what is going on.
I am using it only for viewing photos taken with my digital camera via its sd card, using it for graphic novels, and using the Prestigio ereader for for ebooks with photographs and color plates.
Other than the apps for the graphic novels and Prestigio, I have it totally stripped down and don't even use the wifi connection.
Will be very greatful for any assist with fixing this.
Could it be as simple as refreshing 12.1 or should I go back to 11.1?
PS: Appears to be related to having the sd card inserted or not. Will start with card out when it won't with it in. Cannot reboot into TWRP.
PPS: It was definitely the sd card used to configure the Nook. Replaced it with a clean one and (almost) all of the problems disappeared.
Still does a spontaneous reboot if I use the software "Power Off" from the menu once the power button is pushed.
If I hold the power button it will fully turn off and not reboot. and then starts normally.
For the limited use I have configured it for, I should leave "well enough" alone at this point.
Any ideas as to the spontaneous restarts???
It still has one of the best screens around!!!
Thanks in advance.
After many try with different Roms, the boot is upside down. I flashed back the original Rom official 5.1.1. Full system wipe and data, not sd card ,and the problems still there. When I power off the phone through os, it power off but 5 seconds later it boot again just Xperia screen, then shut down then then boot again and shut down until no more battery. The only way to stop that is hold volume up and power button for 10 seconds. It works only that way when the device is on and i want to power off. Is there any way to repair the boot without lost internal memory?
Problem fixed!

This happens off and on but can be easily reproduced if I power off at the booting password prompt (When 'Require Password when device turns on'
option is turned on in settings) and then go into Recovery via the Volume up\Bixby Key\Power Button combo button press from a powered off state.
Anyone know what's the probably cause of this?
I *have* debloated to a certain degree I might add.
EDIT: *Nixed info regarding suspicions*
