I read a review on the Play Store which suggests that it doesn't. Can anyone confirm whether Asus Remote Camera app runs on Wear 2.0 on the Zenwatch 3?

Now that we have Black with BT 4.0 LE support, I'm looking for apps that work with heart rate monitors and pedometers. Does anyone know of any WP8 apps that can work with HRM and pedometer hardware?
Is this what you're looking for? http://www.wpcentral.com/sports-tracker-adds-heart-rate-monitoring
Wing of fire if u have a chromcast or MHL compatible give the game a shot with gear control it pretty neat. The gear watch is the control stick and shoot button
Chromcast gives a little lag. Mhl cast gives a better experience.

Had anyone tried this OR any other VR with VR remote to play VR games on z play?
I will try This VR box and share my my experience!(Shipping will take time so you guys will have to wait till the item will be shipped.
IF SOMEONE HAS TESTED ANY VR PLEASE TELL YOUR EXPERIENCE OF VR BOX ON Z PLAY WHILE PLAYING GAMES WITH VR REMOTE.
I got the VR Box 2.0 + joystick, i'm not still tested yet on my MZP, worked very nicelly on the MXF (Mot X Force), but the screens are very differents, MZP got a FullHD but the MXF has a QuadHD screen, so it was a very diference in resolution, i'm going to test today and share my experience
has anyone an idea what games works with the joystick? 'cause i don't have an idea of the games to test full the VR + Joystick

i've got this one from x-mas 2016 but i never play a game VR that use the joystick, only a few games, it's one of the best options to purchase and works very well with the Kinzie and the Addison, but I can't test the joystick, I wanna buy a ps3 controller for play games in both devices, but I can't found any game VR that use the joystick to run/walk/move/play(?) without sacrifice the movement with the gyroscope
You do this without root? On a dash2 phone?

No Root required for VR.
Just a compatible phone like z play.

That is just an app showing that the has the hardware.
What about something about the VR actually working. What about the build.prop. and the dash 1 vzw phone?

Ohff!..
Google Daydream app requires need to edit build prop.
VR only requires device with gyroscope sensor.
Buy this VR and you can try yourself.
Our device Screen resolution is 1920*1080 so it'll be just fine for VR.
Also, i have seen in sites and YouTube that we can get a good experience in VR from devices with 1920*1080.(And above will be fantastic)
Cheers!
All online specification websites say the phone has a gyroscope. However upon downloading VR checking apps they say it doesn't have one.
My friend gave me a free VR set from some Chinese manufacturer which works on his iphone 5s. Is there anything i can do to watch videos in VR on this phone?

GSMArena says Honor 5C doesn't have gyroscope.
Sent from my Honor 8 using XDA Labs
Even he can test it himself.
However it has a so-called rotation vector, you can watch VR videos with the Apps TurnMe Panorama and VR Player free. The first works without any configuration in the second have to go to the settings and set the Rotation Vector as source. The Rotation vector works just like a gyroscope but sadly it isn't supported by many developers. Also got to mention that you can use it in the App Streetview to watch 360 images.
It doesn't have a gyroscope, only accelorometer
I have the Asus Remote Camera app installed on my phone, but it doesn't appear on my Zenwatch 3 (which is running the latest stock firmware). Does anyone know if there's a way of getting this app to work on the Zenwatch, as I really miss the remote shutter feature.

The camera app that comes with the watch is no longer compatible it's too old.
If you want a excellent Remote Camera app for the watch here is the
playstore link for "Wear Camera":
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ua.makeev.wearcamera&hl=en
This is the best one, it not only lets you see thru it's "virtual" viewfinder but it
also let's you take videos as well as snapshots and has many other features.
Good luck, have a great day!

Thanks for that. The app seems the work well on the Zenwatch. The only feature that it lacks compared to the Asus Remote Camera app, and it's quite a big one, is the ability to take a photo by turning your wrist. This is unbelievably useful if you're holding the phone with your arm outstretched (e.g. a selfie or an overhead shot), as in that situation you don't have a spare hand available to press the shutter on the watch! I've submitted it as a feature suggestion to the developer.
