IMEI tampering discussion isn't allowed on XDA forums. Even if it's not for bad intentions, we won't accept discussions about how to change IMEI number.
Please read the forum rules here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/announcement.php?a=81
In particular, this bit:
9. Don't get us into trouble.
Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things which will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably shouldn't do it here either. This does not mean that we agree with everything that the software piracy lobby try to impose on us. It simply means that you cannot break any laws here, since we'll end up dealing with the legal hassle caused by you. [CLOSED] Redmi note 9 locked imei

Hello, I bought a batch of phones in which a redmi note 9 came with a pattern and a google account. I have withdrawn the accounts and the pattern but it turns out that the imei it has is blocked for non-payment and does not recognize the chip that I entered.
Is there any way to change the imei or solve this issue and get the cell phone to pick up a signal again.
Stay tuned to your comments. Greetings.
