[Q] Wifi Mac address

Is there any android 5.1 ROM that doesn't change the WiFi mac address of the device. Have tried xenon, pa, aicp but they all do change it.

Can you explain me how to change dns on this device updated to android 9. In other android devices with android 8 I can change dns simply but in my xz1 compact I can't

Not sure you can on an unrooted phone.

Thank you. This method is work on custom pie rom but did not work on eUI or MiUI MM 6.0.1 rom.
Any way to spoof on MM 6.0.1 rom?
