It's been 18 months since I started using this phone and I am loving it . For the past few days I began noticing a slight problem with my phone . When ever I connect my charger the battery percentage begins to decrease till it reaches 0% , but in fact it is charging but when ever I unplug the charger at 0% the Phone switches off. I have to start the Phone again only to see that the Phone is completely charged.
Any solution ??

Hi all, i have a very strange problem with my HTC one.
First of all,it takes 3 hours to charge and , the main problem , the battery percentage is not true.
In fact, arrived at 100%, if I disconnect the cable and reconnect the percentage back to 99% by employing several minutes to return again to 100%.
Someone Can help me?
I'm using Android Revolution HD 10.3 with the lastest firmware (2.17) flashed via RUU.
Thanks in advance.
When the LED turns green, leave it for another 20-30 mins, then it's fully charged Immediately disconnecting the cable when it hits 100% will probably always show a drop in battery percentage after a bit of light use.

But when I disconnect it the charge it's 100%, only when I put back the cable it returns to 99.

When the charge light turns green and battery shows 100% the phone continues to charge for a while longer.
As told in the post above yours leave it for a bit longer.
At the end of the day it's not a big issue..... you're only talking 1%
Hi all, i have a bug on my phone's battery. today i installed a Rom (Evervol RunnyCM) beacouse i think it can fix my problem. I Always used RUU realeased by HTC , but when i installed ICS from "System Update" on Settings menu, i have a bug on battery. i have this bug, too !!!
Please help
This battery bug is a known problem for quite some time, it can have different behaviours from user to user but basically, when you restart your phone you lose around 10% of battery, but the battery power is still there, for example you can charge it to 100%, restart it a couple of time and feel the real power of 50% battery for 1 day
Me and anders tried to repair this but with not too much success, i could say the simptoms were aleviated but that's pretty much it, the battery driver seems to me to have been developed in an internship, has lot's of TODO and FIXME in the sources.
Hope this helps
so, i can't fix this? i go to buy a new battery...
Hello everyone. I know many people have the almost the same problem as I but i didnt find anywhere the exact problem that i have.
So before 2 weeks i tried to plug my phone to the wall charger to charge it and it appeared in the notification menu that my phone is charging slow(like when you connect it with the PC its says the same). Before 3 days my problem extended . My phone had like 3% percentage battery and was about to shut off so i tried to plug it so i can charge it. My phone restarted and showed that i have 40% battery , like in 5 mins it charged 37% ...
This happened again the next day with the difference that when my phone restarted and it had 34% battery . This is not possible !!! The third evidence and more annoying is that the other day my phone was 38% and i plugged it to charge it, i had only facebook messenger open amd 3g and my phone discharged in 10 mins!!! The battery notification was showing that the phone is charging but not only didnt charged but also it discharged 40% in like 10 mins!! Anyone has any clue about this problem?
I am using v10h and i have the phone for 11 months now. I dont know if its problem bjt i guess not because all this happened during night when the temperature is like 20 degrees or less outside.
So far I tried different cable, other roms but the problem remains..
Any suggestion to my problem will really help me out
If the phone is rooted, try wiping batery stats

Hi
I've been replacing my 3 years old battery in my Moto G LTE and I have an issue that new battery cant charge. I guess deep discharge protection was activated.
If phone is off and I connect charger, screen with 0% battery shows up. And it run in cycle = phone switch on, 0% screen, phone switch off, ....
If I first turn the phone on, ROM is loaded, charging flash appears in notification area, but battery is still 0% or it flash to 1%, but drops again to 0%.
Could anyone guide me how to fix it?
It seems to be hard to find a quality replacement battery these days: "I did buy the battery about 6 months ago and just installed it today. I'm not sure if the battery was bad from the start, if it deteriorates over time without being installed in a phone or what happened. All I know is the replacement battery didn't work and the old one does." https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Motorola+Moto+G+2nd+Generation+Battery+Replacement/52246
Are you shure the battery is charging at all?
I changed my battery on my Mi 8 SE 2 days ago and I have been seeing some weird issues when the phone is charging.
The first time I charged it with the new battery it started charging really fast going from 3% to 7% in a few seconds and it charged up to around 40% and stopped, after I unplugged the cable it started draining really fast down to around 30%.
After plugging the cable back in it continued charging and got stuck at 55% no matter what I even turned it on and it showed 70% and wouldn't drop or charge. after a day it finally turned off and I tried charging it again.
This time it had the same issues getting stuck at random %, however it somehow managed to charge up to 100% and I used it normally for about 24h after completely draining it until it shut down.
When I tried charging it again it charged to 81% and got stuck after unplugging the charger it started going down to 60% and got stuck again, when I turned it on it said charged and the battery showed 34% and rebooting it showed 53% and it kept saying charged no matter what.
Has anyone experienced this issue when changing the battery on a phone?
I have been using the original charger the whole time and I have also tried different chargers with the same results. I even tried to unplug and re-plug the battery and it doesn't change anything.
I am using Pixel Experience 11 with the final update and it is not rooted.
