Samsung Note 9 Combination File for N960FXXS2ARK3 - Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Questions & Answers

Hi Seniors,
Please help, I need the combination file for Samsung Note 9 - N960FXXS2ARK3
Where can I find it?
Can I use a combination file that is similar but slightly different like revision date is not the same?
Regards,
Eric Lee

Just to be clear, I managed to download the Firmware and ODIN and managed to flash the firmware but I realized it does not remove FRP.
I understand that in order to remove FRP, I need the combination firmware. Is that correct?

Hi Senior Member,
I know the procedure and have read up about it online.
My problem is I cannot find the EXACT COMBINATION FILE for N960FXXS2ARK3.
What should I do?
Question: Can I flash it to a different firmware if I can find the combination file for that particular firmware?
Question: Or can I use a different combination file without the exact firmware?
Regards,
Eric Lee

Upon opening the phone, i get the 'welcome' & language selection page.
I then get a message: 'An unauthorised attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. Connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network to verify your identity.'
This is the error I am trying to overcome.

Then you can take it to an authorized Samsung repair center with your proof of purchase and they will bypass the FRP lock for you, if you actually legally own the phone.

Issue's resetting phone - Any alternative solutions?

Hey guys,
I bought a phone off of Craigslist and it appears that the phone is locked with a password. I tried to go through the bootloader and do a factory reset but I get a message that the MDM Does Not Allow Reset or something along those lines. I have also tried to use Odin to flash a stock recovery, that goes through successfully, but upon starting up the phone it appears that the password is still locked to the phone and nothing changed.
I tried calling the person who I purchased the phone from and there is no answer, so at this point I feel like I lost money and cant use the phone.
Please help

If you Odin all four files BL, AP, CP, CSC what should wipe the phone clean. It don't Matter which four files. The above post is correct. Odin will be your only option, although keep in mind that "MDM" stands for Mobile Device Management, it's what large companies and schools use to manage devices remotely to install updates and such, kind of like Microsoft Active Directory . Did your Craigslist source seem a bit shady? Because if that phone is linked to a MDM account and it was stolen and currently turned on, it's very likely that someone is going to track it down using it's data connection and gps.

Security error and cant OTA update

Hey guys.
Ok so I deleted some of my photos by mistake so i tried to recover them so I use "DR.Fone" programm ,
after that I see some annoyin message on notification screen "Unauthorized actions detected. Please reactivate your device to undo any unauthorized changes made"
and doesnt matter what I try to do it wont go ( I tried : restart phone, hard reset, wipe cache ,reset factory settings) nothing helped,
after that I also noticed that when I tried to update my phone by OTA updates it also gives me an error
"An unauthorized change was made to your device's operating system. Try downloading software support by smart transfer on your computer or visiting a customer service center"
I really want to fix it and I have no idea how , my phone is only 1 month old,
Big thanks for helpers!

Try using Samsung SmartSwitch
Or
Try flashing your stock firmware for your country/region/carrier via Odin. Do a Google search for:
"Return to stock (your model number)"
I DO NOT PROVIDE HELP IN PM, KEEP IT IN THE THREADS WHERE EVERYONE CAN SHARE

[Looking for] Combination ROM G97XFXXS3ASJG

Hello everyone!
My Samsung S10 phone recently died, so I gave it to the local repair shop. They said that it couldn't be repaired, I should buy a new one. Instead, I tried to fix it myself.
While trying, the phone turned on again like nothing ever happened. Unfortunately, the phone now is FRP locked, it seems to have reset itself.
In order to remove the FRP bypass of my Samsung S10, I looked into removing FRP in general. I found a few guides online saying to use a Combination ROM. I downloaded the one provided and tried flashing it using Odin. This didn't work, the phone said "Please get the approval to use factory binaries". In addition, the Combination ROM provided doesn't have the same model number as my phone. The Combination ROM downloaded is called "COMBINATION_FAC_FA90_G973FXXU1ASB2_FAC_CL15414360_QB22060741_REV01_user_mid_noship.tar", while the phone model number displayed in factory mode is "G97XFXXS3ASJG".
I would be really happy if you could help me out with this. I have two concerns in particular:
1. What do I have to do in order to be able to flash a Combination ROM?
2. Do I even need the Combinaton ROM with the exact same model number, and if so, can anyone provide the file?
P.S.: I'm a beginner, got into this topic only for the cause of fixing my own phone.
Greetings,

What can I do?

Yesterday (2nd febr) suddenly a message popped out saying I have an update. I tapped on it, the phone (P20 Pro) downloaded it all, it got installed but then this screen appeared:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2IiN-auezM
eRecovery "Update & System Recovery" is not working since its a device from Italia and I am in Hungary.
Bootloader locked. No root.
Any ideas? How can I make it good again?
Also, at the service center they told me I might need to replace the motherboard. Is it seriously possible I need to replace it? (I hope it is not necessary...)
If they replace it for free, backup your data and go for it.
If not, then use the modded hisuite and firmware finder update method that you can find on the forums here.
Thank you. Could you link it?
I tried FF, since my phone won't get over eRecovery, I only tried it with desktop.
The DNS in the router has been set correctly, but my phone just don't connect to it.
I had the same, mine died and had to be replaced
Thank you! I guess I will just sell it, and get a Xiaomi.
Did you claim the code to unlock when was available?. If you do.. just enter to bootloader mode.. unlock... and flash stock recovery. I can help you with that. If you don't... huawei services is the way to go.
Nope, I have the phone since Nov 2019 from a second-hand seller.
Huawei Services only replaces the motherboard for around 90.000 HUF ( around 273 €) what is simply don't worth it.

AFAIK eRecovery doesn't care about your current region. It will just try downloading the ROM for the region installed on your phone.
Did you get any error messages trying to use it?

I know it sounds unrelated and stupid, but can you try and disable IPv6 on your router? I recall some issues with it regarding manual updates by eRecovery. Can be completely unrelated, but worth trying.
It is completely dead. Thanks for help!

SM-R845F bricked after flasing combination software with netodin

Hi, I tried flashing my galaxy watch 3 (SM-R845F) with combination software (to then proceed to all the necessary steps in order to change CSC), but after all the flashing process went through, I received a fail message. Now my watch is bricked and I understand there could be an etoken issue that somehow needs to be taken care of, yet not sure if this applies to my specific case. Could anyone help? thx
More details...
For instance...
A
Filenames... because more then 1 file exists...
B
netOdin and also Odin "talks" to you... this called Logfile...

Watch is not more swimming? Flying? Or cooking?

Your Combination Firmware was still with meta-data folder...

Hi, thx for your help. Things have evolved a bit. I was following technoproz's video (
) to see if I could change my CSC in order to get samsung pay working on my SM-845F . I hence started flashing it with the combination file (COMBINATION FT55 R845FSQU1AUB1, I also tried with 3 or 4 earlier releases, same issue) but on reboot it would initially get to a splash screen (can't remember what it would say) and then was permanently hooked onto a boot loop . However, on reboot, it would allow me to access the reboot menu, get to wifi hotspot mode, and I was able to connect it to odin ( I use netodin 3, 1.0) . I reflashed it with it's firmware (R845FXXU1CTJ5 Tizen 4File) and the watch is now working again (maybe just a few changes from the version it initially came with). Unfortunately, when I check the logfile, it only registered the last activity, in this case, my firmware reflash (so nothing related to the previous combination flashing), which went fine. Was wondering wether the initial combination flashing bricking/boot loop issue could be related to some flags I would need to check on the otions tab in netodin..
However, my issue still remains unsolved, i still can't change my CSC to italy (that's where I am right now) to setup samsung Pay, but most of all to set up the esim.
Thanks for any suggestions

This night another time Samsung or banco Santander locate my smartwatch (Spain region and PHE) and erase my card... So they locate the serial number I think, so for me it's nothing to do...
