{Help} Apps2SD on Cyanagens 3.2)

i have CM3.2 with his new recovery img (1.1)
i have seen alot of ways to do apps2sd, but what is easiest most stable way to do it with his ROMS
*i have unpartitioned 4gb Class 6 Card. Need a step by step that will go smooth with his ROM...thanks ahead of time
First partition your sd card so it has Fat32 & Ext3 (in that order). On my 4Gb I use 3.5Gb for storage (fat32) and 500Mb for apps2sd (ext3)
Upgrade to CM 3.4 (To support ext3) and load recovery and click the "move apps to sd"

[Q] what file systems does vivid support? (and will it mount 128gb msdxc in future?)

does vivid support cifs, fuse and exfat? I need to mount smb share on my new smartphone, so I look for devices which can install cifs or fuse kernel module (or have it in kernel)
I see that sultan kernel support ntfs with writing.. wery well
and how do you think, can vivid mount newest 128gb micro sd? or just SD (not micro)?)) for example, my brothers wife uses 128gb transcend SD card on SGS4 i9500 via SD -> microSD adapter, such as http://www.buyincoins.com/details/usb-2-0-micro-sd-microsd-tf-t-flash-memory-high-speed-card-reader-01-miniusb-product-620.html . Now she has 64gb internal + 128gb sd memory with a LOT of music

Your media may be formatted as ntfs or ex-fat and I think the stock kernel only supports fat32. Since you are rooted, you could try Stickmount from the Play store. It supports ntfs and ex-fat formatted media. I can mount my external 750Gb hard disk formatted with ntfs file system and it works perfectly for read/write/stream.

[Q] CWM or TWRP and 64gb TF card ?

Hello
I am not being able to use TWRP 2.8.1.0 or CWM 6.0.2.5 to be able to mount my 64gb microsd
I read that it was possible to mount 64gb cards with Lg2x but the TWRP and CWM doe not "see" the card
I am trying to use TonyP TBuild 05 since it allows to use the microsd as internal storage
(I know TonyP ROM is not supported anymore, but CM 11 sucks regarding swapping SD mount points, and with 32gb tf card its possible to use)
I already made ext3 partitions in the microsd so I can install apps to the new "internal" storage, and using the rest (Fat32 with 32kb sectors) to my usual stuff (media, mp3s, photos...)
But the recoveries just can not "see" the card, since both TWRP and CWM only see the real device internal storage as sd_card
Any ideas how can I mount my tfcard within the recoveries ? And of course, how can I really use the 64gb with the device ?
Tks

Lineageos 18.1 and exFAT , NTFS, ext4 with external SD

Hi,
I know that for a USB-OTG stick can use Paragon to make exFAT and NTFS work.
How about microSD and exFAT for LOS 18.1 (/e/OS) on S10?
It doesn't work for me and If that doesn't work in general, then I would mind using NTFS or ext4 format.
I've also tried both and it doesn't work when I format it with Linux.
When I format it with Android built in formating option, then it does it with FAT32. I've tried to copy a 8GB File onto the SD and it give's me the impression that it was successful (no error message) when it actually wasn't. This is just a fun fact
My linux refused to copy a 8GB File to SD via MTP. This is how it should be with FAT32.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
