It's Miui based ROM, so no reason to not have the same features.

Enable EIS at 60fps?

As the title says, is there any way to enable EIS at 60fps? I know that sd855 is capable, even mi A2 records 60fps with EIS enabled. 60fps with no ois and no eis is useless. Not acceptable for xiaomis flagship phone..

Doesn't seem to work with that so called closed loop. Also they say its more for autofocus than for stabilisation. I don't know how helpful that link is.

It does do some job of stabilisation. Look at the ZenFone 6, it has no ois, yet it has EIS at 4k60. I think it's up to xiaomi to implement it or not.
You can vote here and if we are Lucky the developers will implement it https://c.mi.com/thread-2143471-1-0.html

differences in camera versions Redmi 8

Sorry for my English, I'm from Ukraine))
I would like to clarify one point about the camera modules of different versions redmi 8.
China and global camera module Sony imx486, f/1.75
India Sony imx363 ...?
Is this true, and how much affects the quality of the shooting?
On the forum 4pda, this phone is already in people only the global version.
Sony IMX363 sensor
Yes, I use the Indian version and it has a Sony IMX363 sensor

If you looking for it in web,you found that the Imx486 and 363 are quite similar on many specs, for exemple, both are 12mpx and 2mm or 1/2.9 also pixel size 1.25 mícrons,so they are almost equivalent in terms of resolution, the greatet diference is that the IMX486 has the technological enhancements over the past three years cause it was launched in february 2018 while the IMX 386 was launched in July 2016.

What's the best GCam port for K20 Pro with 4K video enabled?

Well as the title suggests, I tried a bunch of GCam ports but none of them support 4K video, I'm on Pixel Experience April 7 2020 build, and can't stand the Xiaomi stock cam image/video quality, especially in low light... Any suggestions ?

Question Camera Photo Quality Improvement in Mi 11 Ultra

Greetings, my dear friends! As a proud owner of the Mi 11 Ultra, sporting the MIUI Global 13.0.5.0. SKAINXM stable ROM, I must admit that its camera quality is nothing short of exceptional. However, I'm keen to explore ways to elevate the photo-taking experience to new heights. Unfortunately, the camera doesn't come equipped with processing software to enhance the images, unlike its Samsung counterparts, which is causing some pixelation issues while zooming in on shots.
I did try to install the LEICA Filter edition of the Mi Stock camera App, but alas, the installation didn't go through. I've also explored other camera apps available on Google Play, but they pale in comparison to the stock camera app.
Therefore, I would be forever grateful if any esteemed users of this phone could share their insights on how to further improve its already-impressive performance.
Regards.
Not sure if it will help, I'm on MIUI 14 Weekly(23.3.7) from Xiaomi.eu.
What I have always done in all versions is to experiment in every situation between Forced HDR instead of Auto, AI on and off and 50mp photos. The same with videos.
Overall, HDR auto and AI on usually have more consistent photos.
