OTA update today?

Woke up this morning and got a OTA update on my S3 lte
I am on T-Mobile(EE) and the phone was unlocked using the service menu.
not sure what has changed as its still 4.1.2 and it was 22mb in size
anyone know?
Oh and i'm in the UK

I had same today and have been looking for any difference but not seen anything. I have googled it but nothing coming up, does anyone know what they have changed?

samsung never releases changelogs

I haven't applied yet, but I would guess its the exynos abuse patch.

hi please help I recently tried to root my galaxy 2s i9100 using odin
but I think I used the wrong kernel all I get is Samsung boot screen
I have tied some others but non work
the wife has same phone as mine her settings are

HELP got a GT-i9220 WITH S-Pen??

Hey guys, I know this topic has been discussed before, again and again, yet I still havent really found what ive been looking for. A customer wants me to root and update his GT-i9220 and from what I understood from doing research for the last 2 days is that model DIDNT come with the S-Pen. But after he brought it to me I noticed his DID come with the S-Pen. Now, what I want to know is am I able to flash CWM/TWRP on this device and run CM10/11 on it using the N7000 files? Any help in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you so much in advance for help in this matter. And have a great day!

Specs are the same for n7000 and i9220. So it should work.

Want to Downgrade Galaxy S3 LTE

I was using Android version 4.1.2. Some days ago I have upgraded to 4.3 officially (without odin). But I found that middle screen is narrow than top and bottom.
This is problem no.1. Problem2, discharged quickly. Problem3, RAM is used half of total (2gb) without any app running.
I trying to downgrade through some blog posts. I have downloaded I9305XXBMF1_I9305EVRBMF1_I9305BVBMF1_HOME_4.1.2.tar.md5. It is a EVR edition. But not working for me. Now am i am using I9305XXUEML5_I9305EVRGML3_I9305XXUEMK1_HOME_4.3.tar.md5 with odin 3.09.

Android Version: 4.3
Baseband version: I9305XXUEMK1
Kernel version: 3.0.31-2051278 [email protected]#1 Thu Dec 12 23:02.11 KST 2013

You can't, once you have the new bootloader you are stuck with it...

Hello Everyone....
I have read varios articles, threads, postes, and much more info but none all seem to be what I need, Im thinking Im the only one with this kind of phone and baseband and everything can't seem to find the proper way to ROOT MY PHONE!
Back in the days it was very simple but no more,

Android Version: 4.1.2

So You see I can't find any proper method for rooting my Phone and need to root it. But hope anyone can help me..

What happened to all the software to properly root the Android phones?

Use any of the provided 4.1.2 kernel..usually the latest should work.
